Barry Pittard (a laughable critic, defamer and libeler of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba) had the audacity to criticize Moreno for “photo attacks” and “diabolizing photo alterations” against Sai Baba critics. Barry Pittard clearly contrasted himself as an ethical and moral individual who does not support or endorse “photo attacks” and “diabolizing photo alterations” against others.

First and foremost, Moreno did not create many of the composite pictures that Barry Pittard attributed to him. They were created by “PremaPerm” (a person who chooses to remain anonymous). To Date: Barry Pittard has never expressed any type of disgust or outrage at the “photo attacks” and “diabolizing photo alterations” made against Sathya Sai Baba by Ex-Devotees.

Apparently, a drawing of Sathya Sai Baba receiving oral sex from a child underneath his robe, Sathya Sai Baba made to look like a monkey and Sathya Sai Baba holding a barbell with his penis meet Barry Pittard’s wholesome standard of “morality”. The following images were posted by Reinier Van Der Sandt (a known friend & associate of Barry Pittard) on the SSB2 Yahoo Group. Reinier Van Der Sandt is the same associate of Barry Pittard who openly boasted about viewing child pornography. Needless to say, Barry Pittard adamantly refuses to say one word about the following images:

A colorized version to the oral sex drawing was posted on Sanjay Dadlani’s claimed blogs: saibabaexposed & saibabatribune. As a matter of fact, Sanjay Dadlani (a Hare Krishna congregational member and a known friend of associate of Barry Pittard) posted the following picture under the name “Azra’iL” (among several other sexually suggestive pictures of women) on the Gaudiya-Repercussions website. Sanjay subsequently changed his “Azra’iL” nic to “Brainiac” and changed his featured blog from “SaiBabaExposed” to “NeuroWhoa!” (black bar added by Moreno: Ref: Post #6):

Sanjay Dadlani is the same associate of Barry Pittard who was caught photographing teenagers, women and female students from Middlesex University under tables and up their dresses and posting these pictures on his StreetBitches Blog. To Date: Barry Pittard adamantly refuses to say one word about Sanjay Dadlani’s sexually deviant and stalking behaviors and photographs. Instead, Barry Pittard publicly defends Sanjay Dadlani and actually refers to him as “very intelligent”, “hard-working” and “writing perceptive exposures of Sai Baba and his sect”.

Sanjay Dadlani is so “very intelligent” and “perceptive”, he posted on the QuickTopic Forum (using multiple fake names, including female names) and made disgusting posts under the name “Marquis de Sade” about a large penis for anal sex, a feces-covered anus, bestiality, people vomiting into each other’s mouths and a Priest ejaculating on the face of a little girl as related by her brother. Sanjay even posted under the name “kick his head in” and said that someone should murder Sathya Sai Baba (of course, this is the same guy who rejoiced when a Sai Baba temple was bombed). Nice friend you got there, Barry!

Barry Pittard adamantly refuses to say one word about the following images of a “pornographic kind” (using Robert Priddy’s moral standards) posted on the kheper.net domain belonging to Alan Kazlev (another known friend and associate of Barry Pittard):

I presume that Barry Pittard drools over these images (which he apparently considers to be decent and appropriate) because he has never (ever) voiced a single complaint against them despite his numerous loud-mouthed complaints about Moreno and PremaPerm’s images. Apparently, cartoon-like pictures of prostitutes posing seductively meet Barry Pittard’s exemplary morals, ethics and virtues! Barry Pittard has yet to say one word about Alan Kazlev’s penchant to tell raunchy and pornographic stories about erect penises, wanton sex and obscene references to women as being “cunts” (Ref).

Psuedo-moralist Barry Pittard is a co-conspirator and co-writer with Robert Priddy. Barry Pittard has never said one word about the following malicious picture of Leo Rebello that Robert Priddy published on his former angeltowns domain. Robert Priddy’s angeltowns account was deleted in its entirety due to a $1,000,000 legal threat for defamation by Leo Rebello:

Robert Priddy even posted the following pictures on his Anti-Sai Wordpress blog. The first picture calls Sathya Sai Baba “ugly, imperious and turkey-necked” and the second picture is a purposely distorted picture of Sathya Sai Baba.

Why doesn’t Barry Pittard express any outrage about these “photo attacks” and “diabolizing photo alterations”? Perhaps because Barry Pittard himself engages in “photo attacks” and posts “diabolizing photo alterations” on his WordPress blog. See for yourself (a small sampling):

In the first picture above, Barry Pittard publicly approved Reinier Van Der Sandt’s manipulated image of Sathya Sai Baba holding hands with Idi Amin, posted the “manipulated” picture on his Anti-Sai Wordpress blog and publicly defended Reinier Van Der Sandt for having created it! In the second picture above, Barry Pittard posted a purposely distorted picture of Sathya Sai Baba on his WordPress blog (attempting to deceive readers into thinking the picture was an original photo published on the SaiBabaOfIndia domain). The third and fourth pictures are typical “photo attacks” published on Barry Pittard’s Anti-Baba WordPress blog. Barry Pittard even attacks and publishes pictures of people who are not involved in the Sai Controversy.

What was that again about Barry Pittard’s complaints about “photo attacks” and “diabolizing photo alterations”? Barry Pittard is a yellow-bellied hypocrite with proof!

The following three Gerald Joe Moreno hand-crafted distortions of Robert Priddy are from Moreno’s questionably-named blogsite ‘Sathya Sai Baba – Life, Love and Spirituality’.

Needless to say, the manipulated picture of Robert Priddy has never been published on Moreno’s ‘Sathya Sai Baba – Life, Love and Spirituality’ WordPress blog. The composite image was published on Moreno’s Robert Priddy Exposed Blog. As a matter of fact, Barry Pittard’s screencap was taken from Moreno’s blogger page (not his Wordpress blog) as evidenced by the background. Apparently, Barry Pittard’s mental faculties are failing him as he is wholly unable to differentiate between two completely different blogs with two completely different backgrounds.

Robert Priddy also published the following image of Moreno (making him look like a masked terrorist) on his Anti-Baba Wordpress blog (which Wordpress subsequently forced him to delete due to copyright infringement). The big question is: WHY does Barry Pittard condemn Moreno for creating a “manipulated” image of Robert Priddy yet says absolutely nothing about Robert Priddy’s “manipulated” image of Moreno?

Despite Barry Pittard’s amusing attempts to publicly present himself as a moralist and purist, he miserably failed to explain why he permitted his 12-year-old son Sai Isa to friend a 21 year-old nudist on Myspace named Sahra who posted a soft-porn image of her nude body (baring a breast that has a pierced nipple) as her MySpace background!

Since Sai Isa is living with Barry Pittard and since Barry Pittard is well aware of his son’s MySpace account, one can only wonder why the moralist and purist Barry Pittard is not shielding his 12-year-old son from graphic, sexual and inappropriate content on MySpace.

Perhaps Barry Pittard drools over his son’s MySpace friends in tune with his highly questionable past?

So when Barry Pittard foams-at-the-mouth, gnashes his teeth and shrieks about “photo attacks” and “diabolizing photo alterations”, one can't help but to laugh out loud at him and his self-righteous posturing.

These are the types of hypocrites, moral degenerates, flip-floppers, pseudo-intellectuals and so-called “exposers” of Sathya Sai Baba. They are extremely adept in wagging their tongues but wholly inept in keeping their arguments and stories straight and consistent.

Robert Priddy (a caustic defamer and critic of Sathya Sai Baba) wrote a foaming-at-the-mouth diatribe on his Anti-Baba WordPress blog attacking Joe Moreno for “libel”, “extreme vilifications”, “slurs” and other equally fanatic accusations (because of a fully documented and well referenced article written by Moreno about the history behind the Baba Sling). Needless to say, Robert Priddy’s rebuttal contained no factual, credible or verifiable material and relied wholly on spin, deflection and rhetoric.

Robert Priddy erroneously contended that the BabaSling business is “unrelated” to Sathya Sai Baba despite the fact that Shanti McIvor (the founder of the Baba Sling) was devoted to Sathya Sai Baba when she founded her business, named the Baba Sling after Sathya Sai Baba, i.e., “Baba” and named her son after Sathya Sai Baba (the guru foretold the birth of her son many years prior), i.e., “Sai Isa”. There are no known terms for babies, children, kids, etc., in which the word “Baba” would apply. “Baba” means “father” and Shanti McIvor praised Sathya Sai Baba on her “Baba Slings” website when it first went online.

Robert Priddy said:

“This maliciousness is further evidenced in Moreno’s conscienceless naming of a young child. This boy, out of childlike curiosity, googled his own name, and found viciously aimed barbs at the father whom he loves. This is a man, moreover, who has for years remained unprovoked by Moreno’s constant and extreme vilifications. Indeed, he has all along recommended to other former devotees whom Moreno has attacked not to retaliate or at least if bent on doing so to avoid malice and heated language.”

Far be it for Robert Priddy to point his self-righteous fingers at Moreno and accuse him of being “conscienceless” when Robert Priddy maliciously published (in true tabloid-like style) pictures of the lifeless bodies of men who were shot in the 1993 police shootings incident at Prashanti. The mothers and fathers of those men must now endure the fathomless anguish of seeing their son’s lifeless bodies cheaply broadcast on the internet like entertainment news. Both Barry Pittard and Robert Priddy published those macabre and bloody pictures on their Anti-Sai WordPress blogs despite their psuedo-moral and pseudo-conscientious objections against Moreno’s naming of Sai Isa, whose name was openly stated, published and discussed on Shanti McIvor’s public domain BabaSlings websites (there were a couple of them) for many years! As a matter of fact, Barry Pittard himself publicly divulged that he is the father of Sai Isa and mentioned Sai Isa’s name in relation to the Sai Controversy. On Robert Priddy’s Anti-Baba website saibaba-x.org.uk, Barry Pittard said (which Pittard originally published on QuickTopic in 2002): “...a neighbour Connie Raadsma of Cooma, inspired by stories told to her by Gerry Gibson (still my closest friend and Godfather to our son Sai Isa) decided to visit Sai Baba...”. Therefore, Sai Isa’s name was made a matter of public domain by Shanti McIvor and Barry Pittard before I wrote my article mentioning him.

It is also important to point out that the very first public picture that Barry Pittard released of himself was on MySpace, prominently showing Sai Isa!

After widely soliciting himself on the internet as an “international coordinator” to bring Sathya Sai Baba to “justice” (even widely advertising his address and phone number on numerous websites), Barry Pittard brought Sai Isa into the foreground of the Sai Controversy by recklessly releasing his very first picture with Sai Isa.

Let us not forget how both Robert Priddy and Barry Pittard wrote several articles ridiculing, mocking and maliciously publicizing the tragic suicide of J. Jagadeesan’s son and the death of his wife! Barry Pittard also wrote an article accusing a high-ranking Sai Devotee of being a homosexual and running a pedophile ring from his apartment in New York! Unsubstantiated accusations resulting in no legal action or investigation from any legal authorities despite complaints allegedly filed by Pittard with New York’s Mayor, Interpol, the FBI and other high-ranking officials. If Sai Isa googled his father’s name (Google Results For ‘Barry Pittard’), he would find numerous articles written by his father viciously attacking, maligning, defaming and libeling Sathya Sai Baba (the Guru after whom he was named). Apparently, Robert Priddy and Barry Pittard think it is okay for Sai Isa to find defamatory and libelous articles falsely accusing Sathya Sai Baba of homosexuality, serial pedophilia, murder, international racketeering, fraud, human trafficking, etc., and Sai Isa is not supposed to be concerned whatsoever (although his name belongs to the Guru in question)! One could certainly make the argument that both Robert Priddy and Barry Pittard are doing far more harm against Sai Isa by trashing & bashing the Guru he was named after than I allegedly did for simply saying Sai Isa’s name.

Robert Priddy also lied when he claimed that Barry Pittard has “remained unprovoked” by Moreno. Barry Pittard has “remained” so “unprovoked” that, in fact, he linked his Anti-Baba WordPress blog to a website that openly defames, libels and attacks Joe Moreno (apparently approving of those attacks against Moreno). Barry Pittard has also written about a dozen articles that attack Moreno and/or mention his name. How’s that for “unprovoked”? Although Robert Priddy claimed that Barry Pittard recommended that Ex-Devotees not retaliate against Moreno (a dubious claim at best), Ex-Devotees (including Robert Priddy) have ignored Barry Pittard’s alleged plea because they have “retaliated” against Moreno in the most vitriolic of ways (Ref). Therefore, Robert Priddy’s claims are without merit and he is a proxy defender of Barry Pittard, a man who cannot defend himself and a coward who continually refuses to put himself in a position where he is held accountable for his defamations, slurs and libels against Sathya Sai Baba and others.

Robert Priddy said:

“Moreno’s daily method is to slur, vilify, and to try to scare into submission.”

Don’t expect Robert Priddy to divulge how he and Reinier Van Der Sant traced the name and email of a person (who submitted a critical comment on the ExBaba guestbook) to his place of employment. Priddy and Van Der Sandt sent malicious emails to that person’s place of employment in an attempt to get him fired and to embarrass him. Robert Priddy also attacks any and all Sai Devotees (even those not involved in the Sai Controversy) on his Anti-Baba WordPress blog and thinks he is perfectly entitled to do so with impunity. Therefore, Robert Priddy’ daily method is to slur, vilify and scare others into submission with proof! For example, read the article entitled Robert Priddy’s Moon Madness to see how he viciously attacked a Sai Devotee without conducting even basic research. Needless to say, when others (like Moreno) follow in Robert Priddy’s footsteps, he gnashes his teeth, raises a huge wail and shrieks “libel”, “defamation” and “tu quoque”. Tough luck, Mr. Priddles.

Robert Priddy said:

“Although she is not now devoted to Sai Baba, having taken down her photos and stopped singing his bhajans and so forth, she has not cooperated with her former partner’s exposure activities, as has been a fact well-known to Sai Baba devotees known to her. Again, one sees Moreno’s shocking tendency to argue from a narrow range of dates and making the most elemental infractions of logic.”

As a rebuttal to Robert Priddy’s ridiculous claims, Moreno provides This Webpage to wholly refute Robert Priddy’s flimsy and unsubstantiated accusations. Let the reader decide for him/her self as to whether or not Moreno made his argument from a “narrow range of dates and making the most elemental infractions of logic” (click thumbnail to enlarge).

As one can see, the only people who jeopardize Sai Isa’s future are those who defame, ridicule and libel the Guru he was named after. The harder Robert Priddy and Barry Pittard wage their smear, hate and defamation campaigns against Sathya Sai Baba, the harder Sai Isa will suffer in the future when he will be inevitably targeted by teachers, students and others as being named after a Guru his own father falsely accuses of being a “serial pedophile” and “homosexual”. Sad. Very sad.

Barry Pittard - A Bully And Hypocrite Confirmed

Barry Pittard (a caustic critic and faceless defamer of Sathya Sai Baba and others) wrote an article about Joe Moreno in which he attempted to sway his readers by appealing to emotion rather than fact. Barry Pittard tries very hard to publicly present himself as a moral, conscientious, ethical and serious individual dedicated to fighting what he alleges are corruption, cover-ups, murder, cult sex abuse, pedophilia, elite pedophile rings and human trafficking rings in the Sathya Sai Organisation (all unsupported accusations that have never been independently confirmed by any credible media and/or legal agencies).

This article will demonstrate (with verifiable references) that Barry Pittard is actually a dishonest, bitter and vindictive propagator of disinformation, defamations and libels against Sathya Sai Baba and others.

There are many entirely valid reasons why Barry Pittard should not be believed and should not be trusted in his self-appointed role as a proxy-spokesperson for alleged victims. To begin with, Barry Pittard is a known embellisher and fabricator of sexual molestation claims against Sathya Sai Baba.

Barry Pittard And The Case Of Ullrich Zimmermann:
For example, Barry Pittard alleged that Ullrich Zimmermann (an adherent of the Ramtha sect) was sexually molested by Sathya Sai Baba when he was 14 years old:

Barry Pittard: “The account by the German Ullrich Zimmermann of Sai Baba’s demands to suck his penis when Zimmermann was 14 years old - shared with the US television interviewer Alan Steinfeld in 2000 but release only weeks ago…” (Reference)

In fact, however, Ullrich Zimmermann first visited Sathya Sai Baba when he was 21 years old and an adult. Why did Barry Pittard fabricate this information about Ullrich Zimmermann? After Moreno pointed out this glaring lie, Barry Pittard removed the comment offering no explanations, apologies or clarifications (although he can often be seen demanding explanations, apologies and clarifications from the Sai Organization and others). Barry Pittard also said (which is still available on his Anti-Baba blog):

Barry Pittard: “Ullrich Zimmermann, who very articulately recounts sexual abuse by Sathya Sai Baba including (as in so many other accounts from around the world) oral sex performed on him by his - then! - spiritual master:” (Reference)

Needless to say, Ullrich Zimmermann never (ever) claimed that Sathya Sai Baba performed oral sex on him. A bold-faced and shameless lie! Even though Moreno pointed out this lie in February 2007, Barry Pittard never corrected or retracted it. This from a man who continually boasts about his so-called integrity, sincerity and credibility!

Barry Pittard Supports Robert Priddy’s Sexual Molestation Libel Against Moreno:
Barry Pittard is also a co-writer and co-conspirator with Robert Priddy and they frequently co-author numerous articles against Sathya Sai Baba and Sai Devotees. Although Barry Pittard ceaselessly attempts to pluck at the heartstrings of his readers with pseudo-moralistic and pseudo-compassionate diatribes about the trials and travails of sexual molestation victims, he purposely suppresses the fact that he endorses Robert Priddy’s shameless libel that Moreno was sexually molested by Sathya Sai Baba! Since Barry Pittard explicitly associates himself with Robert Priddy and has never condemned Robert Priddy’s bold-faced libel against Moreno, it can only be concluded that Barry Pittard’s alleged compassion, sincerity, honesty and dharma are laughable and hypocritical farces!

Barry Pittard Alleges “Over A Hundred Sworn Affidavits” Filed With The FBI Against Sathya Sai Baba:
Barry Pittard also claimed “well over a hundred sworn affidavits alleging sexual molestation of young males has been lodged with FBI” (Ref). This absurd, exaggerated and fraudulent claim was made exclusively by Barry Pittard. As a matter of fact, not even Hari Sampath (an Anti-Sai Activist who claimed he was the one who filed complaints with the FBI) ever claimed “well over a hundred sworn affidavits alleging sexual molestation of young males has been lodged with FBI”.

In “Response To Form Interrogatories” (Form Interrogatory No. 12.6, Set One), Alaya Rahm mentioned that a complaint was filed with the FBI in Chicago through Hari Sampath (the Rahm’s did not file the complaint themselves). Therefore, although Alaya Rahm’s lawyer was fully aware of the FBI complaint, he was totally unaware of the alleged “well over a hundred” other affiants who had allegedly filed affidavits with the FBI (which would have all but solidified a case in favor of Alaya Rahm’s allegations). As a matter of fact, not even one deposition was taken on behalf of Alaya Rahm and not even one alleged victim came forward to support or defend Alaya’s allegations against Sathya Sai Baba. So much for all the “affiants” and “affidavits”!

In “Response To Form Interrogatories” (Form Interrogatory No. 6.3, Set One) Alaya Rahm fully admitted that he had been a daily user of illegal street drugs and alcohol from 1995 - 2005. Consequently, during Alaya Rahm's “Divine Downfall” and India Today Anti-Sai interviews and during the filming of the BBC Documentary "Secret Swami" and the “Seduced By Sai Baba” Danish Documentary, Alaya Rahm was under the influence of illegal street drugs and alcohol while relating his alleged sexual encounters with Sathya Sai Baba. This crucial information about Alaya Rahm's alcoholism and drug addiction wholly undermines his credibility and irreparably compromises the integrity of his claims. Needless to say, this information has been purposely suppressed from the general public by Barry Pittard, Anti-Sai Activists, the Rahm Family and the media (Ref).

To Date: Barry Pittard adamantly ignores (and refuses to discuss) Alaya Rahm’s self-disclosed drug addiction and alcoholism claims in official court records. Apparently, Barry Pittard thinks a college drop-out addicted to drugs and alcohol and seeking a money settlement is credible.

Barry Pittard Boasts “We Do Not Slur”

Barry Pittard: “We do not slur. We present evidence and of a seriousness that is respected by our national governments, law enforcement agencies and non-sensationalist responsible media.”

Now let us take a look at an article written by Barry Pittard in which he not only casts slurs against Sathya Sai Baba, he also wrote bitter, vindictive and sensationalistic slop that would surely be scoffed at by “national governments, law enforcement agencies and non-sensationalist responsible media”. For those who do not know, “bugger” is vulgar slang for a “sodomite”.

For example, he says his feet stick to the ground because he is uniquely endowed with a special form of magnetism, which, however, he again strangely says, everybody else has in them. He says that this magetism is attracting the whole world to him. But is it? In his February 16, 2007 so-called 'divine discourse', he says, "I intend to undertake a world tour, shortly." But will he?

Barry Pittard is the same person who trashed and bashed all of India as being universally “corrupt” and that hundreds of millions of Hindus (including other religions that believe in miracles) are “backward intellectually” “ignorant peasants” who believe in scriptures that are “sheer delusion” and “impossible concocted stories of the ‘Superman’ kind” (Ref).

Barry Pittard is the same person who wrote an article in 2002 inciting Islamic Terrorists to attack Jews and Foreigners at Sathya Sai Baba's ashrams in Puttaparthi and Whitefield.

After promoting so much hate against India, India's culture, India's gurus, India's scriptures and Indians themselves, Barry Pittard blithely sends “much love” to India.

In addition to Barry Pittard’s terrorism letter, he viciously attacked the well known and respected Rabbi David Zeller, mysteriously had his Anti-Sai-Baba articles published on the Adeliade Institute website (which is considered Anti-Semitic by the Israel Ministry of Home Affairs) and published Anti-Sai-Baba articles in the Nexus Magazine, which has been rightly accused of having Anti-Semitic ties (Ref).

Barry Pittard is also a strong advocate and solicitor of Sanjay Dadlani, who posted on the QuickTopic Forum under the name “kick his head in” and said that someone should murder Sathya Sai Baba. Sanjay Dadlani is the same person who rejoiced when a Sai Baba temple was bombed by a terrorist. Sanjay even expressed sympathy for the terrorist who bombed the temple. Of Sanjay Dadlani, Barry Pittard said, “May those, who are so much older, learn from his example!”

Why does it appear that Barry Pittard has friends who sympathize with terrorists or have Anti-Semitic ties?

Combine all this information with Barry Pittard’s comments about Islamic Terrorists, “DNA bits” (i.e., blood, crushed bone, viscera, bodily tissues and bodily secretions) and Jews and the end result is very disturbing, macabre and wholly unconscionable.

These are the type of extremists and fanatic defamers who are attempting to smear and malign Sathya Sai Baba, all the while boasting that they are sincere, honest, non-attacking and moral!

Barry Pittard And His Neurotic “Pedophilia” Claims:

Barry Pittard wrote an article about Honig (a high-profile Sai Devotee) and made the following accusations:

Alleged Honig was a homosexual.

Publicly accused Honig of running a pedophile ring from his apartment (despite Honig’s open-door policy to any Sai Devotee needing a place to stay when he is not in the USA and despite the fact that his first-class apartment building —which overlooks Central Park— has 24 hour surveillance with a security guard at the front door!).

Publicly alleged that Honig was running a people-trafficking ring, shipping poor Negros from New York’s ghettos to India for sexual purposes.

Published vicious hearsay rumors from an anonymous informant against Honig.

Publicly boasted that he notified the New York Mayor’s Office, which allegedly issued a case number (that is not indicative of guilt) against Honig.

Publicly boasted that he notified Interpol against Honig.

Publicly boasted that he informed the FBI at the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, Australia about Honig.

Publicly boasted that he sent his pedophile ring allegations to the U.S. State Department, Washington and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Canberra, Australia against Honig.

Of course, Honig has never been charged with (or formally informed of) any crime subsequent to Pittard’s complaints since March 2007. Barry Pittard’s alleged sensitivities to muckraking, nastiness and stalking (on and off the internet) are huge pseudo-moralistic and hypocritical pretenses. Barry Pittard engages in the very same reprehensible behavior he loves to point out in others.

Barry Pittard, Robert Priddy and Conny Larsson have ridiculously asserted (with no proof whatsoever) that Sathya Sai Baba is a “pedophile” who runs elite pedophile and human trafficking rings by shipping Negros to India from New York’s ghettos for sexual purposes (Ref). Despite these absurd and outlandish allegations, Sathya Sai Baba and the Sai Organization have never (ever) been charged or implicated with any pedophile rings or people trafficking rings (either directly, indirectly or otherwise). Nor have any reputable media agencies or independent journalists been able to confirm even one single instance of alleged pedophilia and/or human trafficking related to Sathya Sai Baba or the Sai Organisation.

That they were responsible for an indirect warning that appeared on the USA Consular Information Travel Sheet For India webpage (which did not mention Sathya Sai Baba by name).

That Barry Pittard was responsible for an indirect warning that appeared on the Australian Consular Information Travel Sheet For India webpage (which made wide-ranging statements about cults in India).

Failed to get Britain to issue a similar warning and encouraged Ex-Devotees to e-bomb the embassy with complaints.

Sathya Sai Baba has never (ever) had a single complaint lodged against him by any alleged victim, first-hand, in India. As a matter of fact, not even one alleged victim has even tried to file a basic police complaint or court case against Sathya Sai Baba in India (the only place where courts would have jurisdiction over Baba as an individual defendant).

No reputable media agencies, independent journalists or legal agencies have ever been able to confirm even one suspected incident of “elite pedophile ring” and/or “human trafficking” related to Sathya Sai Baba or the Sai Organisation.

Barry Pittard rambled in various directions interspersing information about Susan Boyle with random attacks against his former Guru Sri Sathya Sai Baba (whom he once hailed as God Incarnate and Lord of the Universe) and Joe Moreno (a Pro-Sai Activist).

If Barry Pittard is such a “fine creature”, he should come forward with a recent picture of himself and vindicate his egotistical boastings about his appearance.

Moreno never compared Barry Pittard to the Elephant Man, nor did Moreno say anything about Pittard’s appearance (as Moreno does not know what Pittard looks like). Moreno simply referenced a description of Barry Pittard sent to him via email. Barry Pittard responded by jumping to the worst conspiratorial view and posted a picture of someone he believes embodies complete hideousness and ugliness, i.e., Joseph Merrick (aka The Elephant Man). How’s that for “judgmentalism”? What more can one do but laugh out loud at Barry Pittard and his lamentable self-righteous posturing?

Of course, Susan Boyle has absolutely nothing to do with Joe Moreno, Sathya Sai Baba or the Elephant Man. Barry Pittard is a self-anointed moralist and self-appointed proxy spokesperson for alleged victims (all of whom refused to cooperate with him and all of whom refused his offer of free “world class legal resources”) who is apparently attempting to exploit the popularity of Susan Boyle in exchange for some cheap publicity for his defamatory Anti-Baba blog.

Putting aside the faceless defamer Barry Pittard, let us take a look at Susan Boyle, someone notable with real talent, worthy of attention and who brings genuine inspiration & upliftment:

Before she sang, both the audience and the judges appeared to express scepticism based on her unpolished appearance, and apparent awkwardness. In contrast, her vocal performance was so well received that she has been dubbed "The Woman Who Shut Up Simon Cowell". The evening and morning news shows--as well as 5 million YouTube viewers--are abuzz over a lesson we all need to learn. And the first live audience was enthusiastically willing to do so, as their judgmental laughter and eye-rolling turned into spontaneous and enthusiastic applause and outright cheers!

Susan Boyle is a 47-year-old charity worker from West Lothian, Scotland. It's a place known for great golf and pleasant locals who go about their business relatively quietly. It's a long way from Hollywood.

As she was interviewed by Simon Cowell on "Britain's Got Talent," everything about her stage presence--from her dress to her hairstyle to her choice to avoid make-up to her age--seemed to say this was going to be one of those Gong moments for the show.

This CNN clip of her performance shows some wonderful before and after pictures of the audience members. Before the song, it was obvious they didn't expect much. Nor did Simon. Miss Boyle said her goal was to become a professional singer. "Why hasn't it worked out so far," he asked. Her confident, poised and cheerful response should have given us an idea of what was next.

"I've never been given the chance before, here's hoping it'll change," she beamed.

And then...wow!

An audience ready to laugh and ridicule became synchronized in their amazement, applause, cheers, and instant respect for the gifted woman singing before them.

Piers Morgan gave her "the biggest 'yes' of his career!" It's possible she'll go a long way in the competition. And I hope she does, because she is a living example of one of things I absolutely despise about our media-driven culture. The idea that women need to be young, thin, tabloid-friendly, and discovered by the time they're 25 is an unhealthy as it is foundationless. There are so many gifted people who hold no hope of ever being discovered for their talents. They go undiscovered except for their close friends and perhaps some church attendees. And it shouldn't be that way. And we know it.

That is why I was inspired not only by her song, but by the crowd's reaction. Everyone loved it! They loved her! They were touched by her raw talent, her beautiful voice, and became instant fans. The part about each of us that is quick to judge is also quick to respond to excellence and beauty. We should be quicker to look for the beauty in people, and I'm not sure our media-driven culture trains us to do that.

I will continue to hope that shows like this provide a stage for the many, many Miss Boyle's in Britain, America and around the world. Everybody wins when someone like her steps forward! (Reference)

What if Susan Boyle couldn't sing?

If Susan Boyle couldn't sing, she'd have vanished into TV history, remembered, if at all, as just another self-deluded weirdo.

If Susan Boyle couldn't sing, Simon Cowell wouldn't have stopped smirking; the spectators would have kept on snickering; and America's newest heroine would have gone back to her Scottish village to resume the life of an unmarried, unemployed, ungainly, middle-age woman who lives alone with a cat.

In other words, without what we define as talent, Susan Boyle would be an object of mockery and pity.

"What has Susan Boyle taught us about the way we judge people based on appearance?" I heard some radio host intone on Friday.

My answer: Not much.

Because if Susan Boyle couldn't sing, she'd still be the kind of person some people avoid sitting next to on the bus.

The happy news, as the world learned last week, is that Susan Boyle can sing. Her heart-rending rendition of "I Dreamed A Dream" on "Britain's Got Talent" turned "the Scottish spinster," as various reports put it, into "a singing sensation," "a media sensation" and a "YouTube sensation."

"Indeed," said one newspaper story, "a full range of emotion—first humor, then shock, followed by warm appreciation and perhaps a dollop of self-reproof for anyone who dares to judge others principally by their appearance—can be extracted from Boyle's seven-minute clip."

Oh, please. If Susan Boyle couldn't sing, there would be precious little self-reproof going on.

The story of Susan Boyle is undeniably appealing. Listening to her sing, I got a lump in my throat too:

You go, girl. You show all those people who for your whole life have bullied you and doubted you. Show them you can do something better than they thought you could, better than they can.

But after the rooting's done, what's the lesson? That we shouldn't make fun of odd people because they might have talent?

In all the gushing over Boyle's performance, there remains an unpleasant undercurrent. Well, yes, she's 47, way past prime time. But she can sing!

Oh, and those bushy eyebrows, that wiry hair, that stocky figure, the double chin, and her manner, it's so strange. But she can sing!

And, OK, as one writer put it, she's "perpetually single," which is tragic, my friends, but at least the old gal can belt out a tune.

The message? Almost everything about her is abnormal and unattractive, but let's overlook it because she can sing.

I know a woman who reminds me unnervingly of Susan Boyle. This woman is also in her mid-40s, unmarried, unemployed, overweight, bushy-browed, wiry-haired, eccentric. If you said frumpy, I would resent it but I would understand.

Like Susan Boyle, she is the youngest of a large clan of kids and, also like Boyle, she has struggled her whole life with a learning disability that has taught her more than anyone should know about being mocked.

Like Boyle (whose mother died a few years ago), she has lived her adult life with her mother and a cat.

This woman is my sister. And unlike Boyle, my sister has no dazzling talent. She can't sing or dance. She paints and draws in ways that move me but elude the multitudes.

She talks sometimes about how people treat her.

"It's nightmarish," she'll say, "the way people look at me, as if I'm not like them."

She's not like a lot of them. But there are legions of people like her, people who, like Susan Boyle, live and look different from what we call the norm. My sister confesses that sometimes those people make her uncomfortable too.

"I guess we're all that way sometimes, aren't we?" she said not long ago. "We get uncomfortable around people who seem strange."

We do. I do. Almost all of us do. But the lesson I'd hope we take from Susan Boyle is that people deserve respect, however strange they are, even if they don't have talent. (Reference)

It would appear that Barry Pittard is instilling his penchant for prevarication in his son. As they say, “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree”. According to sources, Sai Isa is living with Barry Pittard and is thereby being influenced, indoctrinated and bombarded with Anti-Baba messages on a daily basis. Considering that Sai Isa was named after Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Barry Pittard’s obsessive and unremitting smear campaigns against his former Guru are cause for concern.

This is rather peculiar considering how Ex-Devotees often trash & bash homosexuals and lesbians in the most vile and vulgar of ways. Apparently, Barry Pittard does not mind that his son is befriending sexually active women through MySpace.

Sahra posted a soft-porn image of her nude body (baring a breast that has a pierced nipple) as her MySpace background! Since Sai Isa is living with Barry Pittard and since Barry Pittard is well aware of his son’s MySpace account, one can only wonder why the moralist and purist Barry Pittard is not shielding his son from graphic, sexual and inappropriate content on MySpace.

Apparently, Barry Pittard does not mind that his own son is befriending a 21 year old woman who posts soft-porn images of herself on her MySpace account! Perhaps Barry Pittard drools over his son’s MySpace friends in tune with his highly questionable past?

One must also wonder what Pseudo Moralist Robert Priddy (a self-righteous friend of Barry Pittard) will have to say about Sai Isa’s MySpace behavior?

Needless to say, “friends” on MySpace must first be approved before they appear on one’s friends list. Lezbican and Sahra were approved as MySpace friends by Sai Isa, proving that Barry Pittard (his father and guardian) is either not monitoring his son’s internet behavior or doesn’t care about his son’s internet behavior.

Very troubling scenarios indeed!

Barry Pittard said about his appearance: “"...the fine creature I see before me in my never-cracking mirror each morning"” As one can see, Barry Pittard shows all the signs of aging and old age. Barry Pittard is almost completely bald, his skin is heavily wrinkled around his eyes and his nose is bulbous. Of course, aging is a natural (and humbling) process. The only reason why Barry Pittard’s features are being pointed out is because he constantly ridicules his former Guru based on: 1) his appearance; 2) his so-called “turkey throat” and 3) his “thinning hair” (Barry should not be one to speak!). A Grace Disgraced: The Rise And Fall Of Barry Pittard
One of the main objectives in bringing public attention to Ex-Devotees and their smear campaigns against Sathya Sai Baba is the hope that various individuals will come forward with relevant information about them. Over the course of several years, I have received a tremendous amount of email correspondence regarding Ex-Devotees. The most shocking and unexpected correspondence I have received thus far has to deal with the Anti-Sai activist Barry Pittard.

In my possession I have highly credible e-mail correpondence with three unrelated individuals who have disclosed shocking information about Barry Pittard and his alleged perverse indulgences under the guise of spirituality. These three individuals have given me their full names (which I have independently verified) and are not anonymous to me. The individuals in question are professionals who are well known in their communities as honest, law-abiding and respectful folk.

It is also important to point out that I am disclosing this information even though Barry Pittard continually claims that he is in contact with “international” and “top” lawyers from three countries.

Barry Pittard - Alleged Sexual Exploits Under The Guise Of Spirituality
When Barry Pittard was a Sai Devotee, he was known to perform “spiritual healings”, mostly on women, by using “hands on” healing techniques. In a shocking disclosure, a female victim of Barry Pittard (who chooses to remain publicly anonymous) emailed me and confirmed to me that she was one of several victims who was molested under the pretext of “spiritual healing”. The lady in question told me she was aware of other women who were similarly taken advantage of by Barry Pittard.

A noted psychologist (who chooses to remain publicly anonymous) also emailed me and confirmed to me that one of his/her patients claimed she was touched sexually and inappropriately by Barry Pittard during a hands-on healing session. The alleged incident of impropriety occurred when Barry Pittard was still a Sai Devotee.

A person who knew Barry Pittard well (who chooses to remain publicy anonymous) related to me that he/she was informed that Barry Pittard was thrown out of the ashram for sleeping naked on the round-house roofs and even invited various women to sleep on the round-house roofs with him.

Interesting enough, Barry Pittard fully acknowledged that he was thrown out of Sathya Sai Baba’s ashram in 1982. Barry Pittard said about Donna (an Australian Sai devotee):

“In July 1982, acting only out of care for her (and indeed for all who may hear such stories), the moment I passed on the Australian woman’s concerns - who in great anxiety had sought me out for advice as having lived at the SSB ashrams extensively - to two of Sathya Sai Baba’s top leaders Howard Murphett (Australia) and Richard Bayer (USA) about allegations of his homosexuality, I was called up to the office day after day by the Puttaparthi ashram manager, Kutumb Rao, a retired High Court Judge, confronted with patently ridiculous accusations, and on the forth day told ‘Swami has asked that you be sent out, and never return.’ (One of the accusations was: ‘You were seen in the ashram talking to a woman.’ It can only have been the Australian woman who came up to me in distress).”

Notice how Barry Pittard said “one of the accusations was...” (indicating there were other accusations).

Needless to say, Donna (the Australian women in question) was still a very visible Sai Devotee upto the year 2000 at Prashanti Nilayam (almost 18 years after Barry Pittard’s alleged encounter with her) and was obviously completely unfazed by the allegations against Sathya Sai Baba.

As a matter of fact, Donna once joined a friend and me at our table at a restaurant (because the restaurant was full and there were no other available seats except at our table) and we had a long chat about Sathya Sai Baba. Never once did Donna allude to anything negative against Sathya Sai Baba (although she was very critical and extremely negative about various Ashram officials). Donna had nothing but praise and devotion for Sathya Sai Baba and made a few oddball comments about being one of Sai Baba’s “ranis” or “shaktis”.

Donna was an extremely beautiful woman and it is very peculiar that Barry Pittard would have made her acquaintance when she was not allowed inside the ashram (because she attempted to chase down Sai Baba during darshan) and could have only been contacted outside the ashram (not “inside” the ashram as alleged by Kutumb Rao). The only reason Donna talked to us that night was because she was seated at our table. Donna was a complete loner, kept to herself and did not even associate with other women. Every now and then, Donna could be seen screaming at the seva dals at the front gate, clamoring for admission and crying about how Sathya Sai Baba was God and how they had no right to deprive her of his darshan.

Barry Pittard Fathered A Son At 58/59 While Still A Sai Devotee
Further strenghtening the case that Barry Pittard was a sexually active senior with a lustful infatuation for young flesh, is the fact that he fathered a son with a 20/21 year old when he was 58/59 years old (old enough to be her Grand Father). Barry Pittard fathered his son with the 20/21 year old when he was still a Sai Devotee and even named his son after Sathya Sai Baba. After Barry Pittard’s defection from Sai Baba, he publicly lied on a QuickTopic forum when he claimed he was married to the mother of his child. Needless to say, he was never married to her and one is left to wonder why Barry Pittard would publicly make that claim when it was patently false.

Barry Pittard’s Endorsement Of & Association With Sanjay Dadlani
Barry Pittard is also a staunch promoter of Sanjay Dadlani and saw absolutely nothing wrong with Sanjay Dadlani’s homosexual-fantasizing slurs, perverted Jesus-sex fetish and deviant boot-sex fetish. Sanjay Dadlani secretly stalked innocent women at Middlesex University (calling them “bitches” and “sluts”, saying “they want it”, calling Mothers “MILFs”, photographing females and teenagers up their dresses and under tables and published these photos on his streetbitches blog). This is the type of person that Barry Pittard staunchly promotes, links to and endorses.

Sanjay Dadlani even posted on the QuickTopic Forum (using multiple fake names, including female names) and made disgusting posts under the name “Marquis de Sade” about a large penis for anal sex, a feces-covered anus, bestiality, people vomiting into each other’s mouths and a Priest ejaculating on the face of a little girl as related by her brother. Sanjay even posted under the name “kick his head in” and said that someone should murder Sathya Sai Baba (of course, this is the same guy who rejoiced when a Sai Baba temple was bombed). Of Sanjay Dadlani, Barry Pittard said, “May those, who are so much older, learn from his example!”

Barry Pittard - A Grace Disgraced - In Conclusion
Therefore, I have received three separate accounts from unrelated individuals about Barry Pittard that cast a serious shadow of doubt on his self-laudatory claims to being credible, moral, ethical and honest. Although I do not like to disseminate stories where the accusers choose to remain publicly anonymous, I decided there can be no harm in following Barry Pittard’s example and in his footsteps as he often makes his arguments against Sathya Sai Baba and Sai Devotees based on “confidential”, “secret” and “anonymous” accounts. It is also my hope that other victims of Barry Pittard will come forward with their accounts and further expose him for his pseudo-morality and alleged exploitations of young women under the guise of “spiritual healing”.

Ironically, although Barry Pittard passed himself off as a spiritual healer for many years, he now lives on a disability pension in Australia (apparently, unable to heal himself). The reason for his disability pension is a fanatically guarded secret. Since I was told in yet another email that Barry Pittard saw a psychologist on the Sunshine Coast, his disability pension may actually be due to psychiatric reasons (which might explain his powerful obsessions with sex, pedophilia and Sai Baba). If this is true, I am certain Barry Pittard will say Sathya Sai Baba is to blame.

In the general time scale of the current Middle Eastern terrorist development, one may wonder whether such forces would yet have had time to be manoeuvred into such a fairly well-secured place as Puttaparthi/Whitefield. However, non-Puttaparthi/Whitefield oriented operations previously planned can be revamped into a new configuration, which prioritorizes for holy destruction this city of blasphemy against Allah and His Prophet (Peace be upon him)...

This letter is disgusting and reprehensible and reveals how Barry Pittard thrives on violent scenarios and fantasies in the hope to instill fear and panic in others.

Who, in his right mind, would:

Fantasize about being an Islamic Terrorist?

Fantasize about murdering and slaughtering innocent Christians and Jews?

Fantasize about the resulting mutilation, blood and gore?

Fantasize that these acts of terrorism would occur at Puttaparthi?

Fantasize that terrorists would reprioritize their attacks and instead attack Westerners at Puttaparthi?

Incite terrorists by claiming that Sathya Sai Baba is blaspheming Islam?

Have the gall and audacity to publicly publish these aberrant fantasies under the pretext of warning others about possible terrorism?

It is disturbing how Barry Pittard is able to talk and think like a terrorist with such ease and fluency:

Although Barry Pittard attempted to glibly dismiss the issue that his letter may incite or direct fundamentalist Islamic terrorists (or other terrorist organizations such as separatists, rebels, freedom fighters, liberators, revolutionaries, guerrillas, vigilantes, militants, mujaheddins, jihadis or fedayeens) to attack Westerners and Jews at Puttaparthi, the wording in his letter and the provision of Hanukkah dates clearly points to an ulterior motive and a malicious intent.

In addition to Barry Pittard’s terrorism letter, he viciously attacked the well known and respected Rabbi David Zeller, mysteriously had his Anti-Sai-Baba articles published on the Adeliade Institute website (which is considered Anti-Semitic by the Israel Ministry of Home Affairs) and published Anti-Sai-Baba articles in the Nexus Magazine, which has been rightly accused of having Anti-Semitic ties (Ref).

Barry Pittard is also a strong advocate and solictor of Sanjay Dadlani, who posted on the QuickTopic Forum under the name “kick his head in” and said that someone should murder Sathya Sai Baba. Sanjay Dadlani is the same person who rejoiced when a Sai Baba temple was bombed by a terrorist. Sanjay even expressed sympathy for the terrorist who bombed the temple. Why does it appear that Barry Pittard has friends who sympathize with terrorists or have Anti-Semitic ties?

Combine all this information with Barry Pittard’s comments about Islamic Terrorists, “DNA bits” (i.e., blood, crushed bone, viscera, bodily tissues and bodily secretions) and Jews and the end result is very disturbing, macabre and wholly unconscionable.

God forbid, but if a terrorist attack were to occur at Puttaparthi, one can be certain that Barry Pittard would be rejoicing, jumping up and down, babbling on and on and would deny that he had any involvement with such an attack.

These are the type of extremists and fanatic defamers who are attempting to take a moral and ethical stand against Sathya Sai Baba. Critics have attempted to trivialize all this information and deflect readers by accusing others of “libel”, “slander” and “defamation” (Ref). However, the information provided on this Pro-Sai website is fully referenced with factual and verifiable links, screencaps and sources that anyone can confirm for him/her self.

On February 28th 2007, Barry Pittard wrote a blogged article entitled “Sai Baba’s ‘Minister of Propaganda’ - Dr G. Venkataraman”. In this article, Barry Pittard said (in part):

“However, a civil lawsuit against the directors of the Sathya Sai Society of America law went badly wrong for the litigant, Alaya Rahm of southern California, who was advised by his attorney, William Brelsford, to self-dismiss his case. This resulted in terms so absurdly unfavourable to Rahm that some of us have wondered whether his pro bono lawyer William Brelsford can even look himself in the mirror of a morning. Had the family not suffered enough - having already courageously lent themselves to former devotee efforts with Denmark’s national broadcaster DR, BBC television, FBI and State Department, UNESCO, etc., - I, for one, favoured initiating a complaint process about William Brelsford to the California Bar Society.”

To begin with, Alaya Rahm is not from Southern California and does not reside there. He resides in Arkansas (as confirmed in court records). Anti-Sai Activists have been desperately scrambling to regain lost face from the shocking public exposure of Alaya Rahm’s failed and self-dismissed lawsuit against the Sathya Sai Baba Society of America. Attorney Brelsford knew that he could not win the case due to overwhelming evidence against his client (Alaya Rahm) and advised him to self-dismiss his case.

Claiming to be intimately familiar with Alaya Rahm’s failed lawsuit, Ex-Devotees embarrassed themselves when they publicly lied and erroneously claimed that Alaya Rahm’s case was heard by Judge John M. Watson on April 28th 2006 (despite the official court records scans on my website proving otherwise) and they left this error in place for over a year. This glaring mistake was finally corrected and it was casually dismissed as a ‘clerical error’.

In Ex-Devotee’s response to Alaya Rahm’s failed lawsuit, the main thrust of their retort heavily relied on self-serving quotes allegedly taken from a letter written by attorney William Brelsford on their behalf (in which he was cited as a credible authority and voice of legal expertise).

Fast forward 8 months and Barry Pittard (engaging in his typical blame-tactics) broke the silence by accusing William L. Brelsford of incompetence and being ‘seriously deficient’. Barry Pittard further stated that he ‘favoured initiating a complaint process about William Brelsford to the California Bar Society’. Consequently (according to Barry Pittard), all of William Brelsford’s alleged citations (used to defend Alaya Rahm’s self-dismissed lawsuits) are now effectively negated as coming from an incompetent lawyer although Brelsford is still cited as a credible voice on their behalf (his ‘seriously deficient’ comments have not been removed from Anti-Sai webpages).

Ex-Devotees have a nasty habit of blaming everyone else for their numerous failures and can often be seen misrepresenting facts, distorting information and even resorting to outright prevarication to make their shabby and half-baked arguments against Sathya Sai Baba (who has never been charged with any crime, sexual or otherwise). Now Ex-Devotees are defaming William Brelsford and are accusing him of incompetence for Alaya Rahm’s self-dismissed lawsuit although:

Alaya Rahm’s court case was self-dismissed because he sued the wrong defendant in the wrong court in the wrong country.

In “Response To Form Interrogatories” Alaya Rahm fully admitted that he had been a daily user of illegal street drugs and alcohol since at least 1999 - 2005. Consequently, during Alaya Rahm’s “Divine Downfall” and India Today Anti-Sai interviews and during the filming of the BBC Documentary “Secret Swami” and the “Seduced By Sai Baba” Danish Documentary, Alaya Rahm was under the influence of illegal street drugs and alcohol while relating his alleged sexual encounters with Sathya Sai Baba. This crucial information wholly undermines Alaya Rahm’s credibility and irreparably compromises the integrity of his claims. Needless to say, this information has been purposely suppressed from the general public by Anti-Sai Activists and the media.

Alaya Rahm claimed that Lewis Kreydick & Family were all aware of “incidents” relating to his alleged molestation and named them (on record) as people who:
1. Witnessed the INCIDENT or the event occurring immediately before or after the INCIDENT.
2. Made statements at the scene of the INCIDENT.
3. Heard statements made about the INCIDENT by any individual at the scene.
4. Had knowledge of the INCIDENT.
Needless to say, Kreydick’s sworn and video-taped deposition wholly refuted all these points made by Alaya Rahm. The Society did not actively go out and attempt to discredit Alaya Rahm. Rather, they simply interviewed a witness named by Alaya Rahm himself and obtained a shocking and damaging deposition against him.

The legal proceeding provided a forum in which Alaya Rahm’s claims could be thoroughly and critically examined. Through this process of investigation, it was discovered that Alaya Rahm and his family spoke at a number of retreats and conferences between 1995 and 1999 (during the time that the alleged sexual abuse events were said to have occurred). Inconsistent with Alaya Rahm’s later accusations, these conference talks (many of which were recorded and have been transcribed: Refs: 01 - 02), contain no suggestion of any wrongdoing. The earlier words spoken by Alaya would appear to refute his later accusations, especially Alaya’s whole-hearted and enthusiastic praise of Sathya Sai Baba and the writing of a love poem to him after allegedly being sexually abused dozens of times.

Notably, in pretrial discovery, Alaya Rahm claimed (by his own admission) that he had suffered no psychological trauma that would have required medical or psychiatric care. Furthermore, Alaya identified no psychologist who had ever examined him! As a matter of fact, Alaya Rahm never saw an “expert psychologist” and his parents never sent him to one. Rather, the only help that Alaya obtained was a 3 day seminar from the Landmark Forum on “Empowerment, self help and personal growth” that cost $795 in June 2005 (5-9 years after his alleged abuse and 5 months after he filed his lawsuit)! That’s it.

Barry Pittard conveniently ignored all of these crucial and pivotal facts about Alaya Rahm and instead blamed attorney William Brelsford although no one (not even one critic or other ex-devotee) was identified to the court to support, help or defend Alaya Rahm in his allegations against Sathya Sai Baba.

Barry Pittard is the picture of a lost-soul on the street, babbling to walls, trees and clouds, which cannot and do not respond to the rhetoric he repeats like an automaton. As a matter of fact, one can often see how Ex-Devotees thrive on repetition. “Deceive The Naive” is their motto and their parrot-like antics are used as psychological ploys to hypnotize, befuddle and mislead.

Barry Pittard and Robert Priddy’s gutless personal attacks and viperine scribblings (which they attempt to peddle as Holy Writ) are evidence of their renewed desperation and blog delirium. The stronger critics attack Sathya Sai Baba, the more they expose the truth about themselves. They are (as other’s have pointed out for a long time) a small and vocal group of angry, bitter and mentally unstable defamers who care more for sensationalism and sleaze and care less for honesty and the truth.

“I recently saw Pamela Stephenson interviewed by Andrew Denton in Enough Rope on ABC television (Australian Broadcasting Corporation). She is the former celebrated actress and comedian, and star of such television shows Not The Nine O’Clock News. She is now a clinical psychologist in Hollywood and a professor of psychology at the California Graduate Institute.

Vile Public Critics
In her recently-made television series Shrink Rap, her famous interview subjects were willing to bare their more vulnerable feelings and lesions, and in a serious way beyond what usually passes for celebrity (so-called) ‘revelations’. Her subjects thus far have been Sharon Osbourne, Stephen Fry, David Blunkett, Sarah Ferguson, and Robin Williams. In a note for the show, Stephenson says:

‘Shrink Rap is an attempt to allow people not to be under pressure of performing, not to feel that they have to present the ideal self, the one that is always adorable and perfect and funny and together. This allows people to bring forward the true self, to not always tell the official story’.

Holding Barbarians at Bay
But, prior to its release, she found herself editing things out far more than she had earlier thought she would need to. It was not the celebrities themselves who called for this degree of censorship but Stephenson’s own deepening awareness of state-of-the-art maliciousness among media commentators and other unconscienable attackers. Stephenson had her own experience of having earlier been one of Great Britain’s best-known television celebrities (and is, moreover, the wife of one of the world’s most famous comedians Billy Connelly). Therefore, the need occurred her to go to still greater editorial lengths to protect her famous interview subjects. She was acutely aware of the extreme readiness of unscrupulous critics to make insensitive and distorted use of what her subjects revealed about themselves. In an interview for The Independent, she observed:

‘I can control what we have in the programme, and take out things that might be misunderstood, but there’s no guarantee of how it’s going to be received. I will feel terrible on people’s behalf if anyone is publicly punished for saying how they feel.’

Neo-Neanderthal Journalism Needs Extinctifying
There needs of course to be a new regimen of sensitivity and responsibity in the media. This is not to say, necessarily, censorship of either journalists or of content presented by those they write about. (Although it is a sad comment that the very advocates of an open society have, all too often, to self-censorship against philistine triumph). Rather, it is about creating an altogether different climate in which genuine feelings of interview or other subjects can be discussed more openly and commented on sensitively and intelligently, sans attack and cynical exploitation. Rupert Murdoch thinks he can influence an eco friendly ‘greening’ of his newspapers. So then, let him and other prime movers and shakers support those developmental programmes which create greater awareness in journalists (and especially the emerging trainee ones) that might approach that sensitivity and deep ethics being role-modeled by Pamela Stephenson.”

Smoke-Screens, Denial And Speaking Ill of Others:

What is the wish of so many former devotees in many countries? What is it that many (although the top leaders do not tell this to the rank-and-file devotees) have asked of the Sathya Sai Organization to do? It has been to request proper third party investigation of abuse allegations made against Sai Baba and certain of those around him. Instead of clarity, these shameless leaders offer smoke-screens. They remain silent about the integrity of those who have brought issues before them personally. The more we speak with others who have exposed immorality and spiritual betrayal in their gurus, the more do we find remarkable patterns - those of smoke-screening, cover up, denial, and speaking ill of those who have raised serious issues that need to be addressed by any responsible organization.”

Barry Pittard’s Nastiness & Muckraking Exposed:

Barry Pittard’s misrepresentation of Pamela Stephenson and her TV show ‘Shrink Rap’ to further his smear campaigns against Sathya Sai Baba is nothing new. Barry Pittard did the same with his article on Tim Sullivan and his article about a Judge warned about a pervert. Barry Pittard publicly and shamelessly lied about Ullrich Zimmermann twice (Refs: 01 - 02).

Barry Pittard and Anti-Sai Activists are notorious for publicly smearing and ridiculing Sai Devotees and Sai Proponents who do not believe their hearsay and unsubstantiated allegations against Sathya Sai Baba. Barry Pittard waged vicious smear campaigns and attacks against Rabbi Zeller and Dr. Sunny Anand although these two Sai Devotees never spoke one word against Barry Pittard or his group of Anti-Sai thugs.

Not only does Barry Pittard openly endorse, promote and associate himself with the vicious liar, pervert and defamer Sanjay Dadlani (Ref), he also wrote an article about Hal Honig (a high-profile Sai Devotee) and made the following accusations:

Alleged Honig was a homosexual.

Publicly accused Honig of running a pedophile ring from his apartment (despite Honig’s open-door policy to any Sai Devotee needing a place to stay when he is not in the USA).

Publicly alleged that Honig was running a people-trafficking ring, shipping poor Negros from New York’s ghettos to India for sexual purposes.

Published vicious hearsay rumors from an anonymous informant against Honig.

Publicly boasted that he notified the New York Mayor’s Office, which allegedly issued a case number (that is not indicative of guilt) against Honig.

Publicly boasted that he notified Interpol against Honig.

Publicly boasted that he informed the FBI at the U.S. Embassy in Canberra, Australia about Honig.

Publicly boasted that he sent his pedophile ring allegations to the U.S. State Department, Washington and the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Canberra, Australia against Honig.

Of course, Honig has never been charged with (or formally informed of) any crime subsequent to Pittard’s complaints over eight months ago. Barry Pittard’s alleged sensitivities to muckraking, nastiness and stalking (on and off the internet) are huge pseudo-moralistic and hypocritical pretenses. Barry Pittard engages in the very same reprehensible behavior he loves to point out in others.

Numerous are the instances of former followers defaming, ridiculing and libeling Sathya Sai Baba, Pro-Sai Activists and Sai Devotees. Barry Pittard and Robert Priddy have published pictures of Sai Devotees in their defamatory articles and when the same is done to them, they hiss, whine and snivel about “copyright infringement”.

Barry Pittard blatantly misrepresented the former U.S. State Department warning on a free press-release website and had the audacity to claim in bold-caps that “U.S. STATE DEPARTMENT NAMES SATHYA SAI BABA Re PEDOPHILE ACCUSATIONS” (Ref). To Date: Sathya Sai Baba has never (ever) been charged of any crime, sexual or otherwise. Not even one alleged victim has filed a basic police complaint or court case against the Guru in India despite being offered free “world-class legal resources” by Barry Pittard himself.

Barry Pittard wages an unremitting smear-campaign against Sathya Sai Baba that accuses him of “serial pedophilia” and the sexual abuse of “boys” and “children”. These comments are fallacious, unsubstantiated and wholly untrue. “Pedophilia” is the sexual abuse or exploitation of a boy, girl or child 12/13 years of age or younger (Ref). There are no testimonies from boys, children or parents of children that support the erroneous claim that Sathya Sai Baba is a pedophile (paedophile) who engaged in sexual interactions with children. As a matter of fact, the youngest, non-anonymous testimony came from a 16 years old teenager (Jed Geyerhahn) who claimed he was not sexually abused. All the other alleged victims were 18 years of age or older. This once again goes to show how those inimical towards Sathya Sai Baba resort to cheap propaganda and blatant disinformation because the truth simply does not argue in their favor.

Just recently, Robert Priddy psychotically lied about a Sai Devotee (Darpan) and erroneously accused him of making a bogus composite image of the Moon with Sai Baba’s face on it. Despite the picture being an obvious composite, Robert Priddy stalked Darpan, sought out his picture and publicly posted it on his blog along with Darpan’s email address. Needless to say, Robert Priddy never cared to research the matter in depth and completely missed the hard-to-miss post where Darpan admitted the image was not real and that the only reason he created the image was to give others an idea as to what he alleged he saw on the Moon. These are the shameless muckrakers who hypocritically whine about meanness, nastiness and stalking (all the while ignoring the meanness, nastiness and stalking of Sanjay Dadlani, Tony O’Clery, Reinier Van Der Sandt and themselves).

About Pamela Stephenson Connolly & Shrink Rap:

In 2007 Dr. Connolly presented a series of programmes for British television channel More 4 called Shrink Rap, in which she interviewed various celebrities using psychotherapeutic techniques. Those questioned were reality show star Sharon Osbourne, writer and performer Stephen Fry, Sarah Ferguson Duchess of York, former British cabinet minister David Blunkett and actor-comedian Robin Williams.

While quasi-therapeutic in approach, the interviewees were briefed that the conversations were interviews and not strictly therapy. Connolly focused on relating various childhood experiences and traumas to the adult difficulties of the celebrities. “They knew that the last thing I wanted to do was do any harm to them.” Which led to another ethical dilemma. “I couldn’t guarantee how it will be received.” Having got her subjects to expose themselves, she did her best to protect them. The two-and-a-half-hour interviews were edited down to 50 minutes. If they said something too sensitive for their own good, she cut it out. (Ref).

Barry Pittard cited the following quote from Pamela Stephenson:

“I can control what we have in the programme, and take out things that might be misunderstood, but there’s no guarantee of how it’s going to be received. I will feel terrible on people’s behalf if anyone is publicly punished for saying how they feel.”

Although Barry Pittard attempted to argue that Stephenson said this because she was aware “of state-of-the-art maliciousness among media commentators and other unconscienable attackers”, she actually said this in relation to her interview with David Blunkett (British Labor Party Politician) and how she was aware that political pundits would jump on his every word (Ref).

Barry Pittard is trying very hard to justify and make excuses for his defamations and smear-campaigns against Sathya Sai Baba that are not rooted in verifiable or reliable sources. Barry Pittard defames and libels Sathya Sai Baba under the pretense of “protecting” alleged victims and his sources. Barry Pittard is well aware that he cannot answer relevant questions about the Sai Controversy without jeopardizing his credibility and the alleged integrity of the Anti-Sai movement. Even going back to 2001, Anti-Sai sympathizers criticized Barry Pittard about the hearsay allegations made against Sai Baba (Ref).

Barry Pittard resorts to libel, rhetoric and propaganda because he and his Anti-Sai friends have been completely unable to make any legal leeway against Sathya Sai Baba:

Despite ceaseless name-dropping.

Despite years of unremitting calumny, ridicule, slurs and defamations.

Despite erroneously and fraudulently claiming that Sai Baba is a “serial pedophile” who runs people-trafficking rings (allegedly shipping Negros to India from New York’s ghettos for sexual purposes, as alleged by Conny Larsson), absurd claims which have never been proven or supported in any way whatsoever.

Despite making criminal allegations like murder, racketeering, money-laundering, homosexual abuse, rape, etc. (although Sai Baba and the Sai Org have never been charged with any crime).

Despite getting various media to run exposure articles against Sai Baba and then publicly boasting on their Anti-Sai websites how they were responsible for the media exposures.

Despite claiming there is substantial (albeit secret and withheld) evidence and proof against Sai Baba (although they are unable to hire even one money-hungry lawyer to represent alleged victims despite the Guru’s “empire” being allegedly worth billions of dollars).

Barry Pittard & Pamela Stephenson - In Conclusion:

In conclusion, there is absolutely no comparison between Pamela Stephenson’s interviews on her Shrink Rap show and the allegations made against Sathya Sai Baba on Anti-Sai websites by ex-devotees.

Barry Pittard should follow his own advice about eliminating “Neo-Neanderthal Journalism” (which he fully engages in on his defamatory Anti-Sai blog). Far be it for Barry Pittard to preach about “sensitivity” and “deep ethics” when he displays neither of these characteristics himself.

The closer one looks at Barry Pittard and

Anti-Sai Activists, the more one sees of a group that is clinically and negatively obsessed with revenge and anger. This type of unprincipled and besotted behavior is a documented phenomenon that is characteristic of apostates. Intelligent people are finally beginning to ask vital questions about the Sai Controversy and are being slapped on the face with claims of “anonymity”, “confidentiality” and “secrecy” by ex-devotees. Thankfully, this secret is now out of the bag and critics are still hoping to fool the few gullible and naive who thrive on the very same deceit and dishonesty that they do.

Whatever the wisdom of civil commitment laws it would seem that this fellow might qualify. Increasingly, though, the states are going to have to contend with the high cost of health care in keeping aging and sick convicts behind bars.

Even though his aging, bloated body is confined to a wheelchair, a judge was warned yesterday a 59-year-old convicted sexual predator remains dangerous to children. A forensic psychologist assured Lawrence Superior Court Judge Howard J. Whitehead that convicted child rapist Wayne Chapman, who bragged he had sexually molested between 50 and 100 boys and even fantasized about killing some of them, “presents a high and unacceptable risk to re-offend.” “It just doesn’t go away,” Christine Schnyder Pierce testified. Chapman, an interstate predator, has been incarcerated for 31 years. Having served his time, he is hoping to retire in Massachusetts, but the Essex District Attorney’s Office is fighting to have Whitehead civilly commit him for life as a “sexually dangerous” person’.”

Barry Pittard also posted a blurb on digg.com that said:

“Judge warned: Crippling disease won’t stop pervert

Some Sai Baba protagonists claim that he could not possibly sex offend, if he ever did, because of his age and physical incapacity, and that therefore his current accusers are caught in a palpable deceit. Instead of attempting to belittle testimony, they need to look at what Gerontology and Geriatrics have to opine on the topic.”

The only person “caught in palpable deceit” is Barry Pittard, who purposely and maliciously attempted to deceive the general public by making it seem as if a Judge was warned that Sathya Sai Baba was a pervert who had a crippling disease. As a matter of fact, a woman named “Miriam Dunn” (aka “Miridunn”) commented on Barry’s digg.com post and was under the impression that the warning pertained to Sathya Sai Baba. Miriam Dunn said:

“Until he is DEAD he poses a threat. Keep him locked up forever.”

It is exactly articles like these that prove that Barry Pittard is an Anti-Sai extremist and fanatic who must rely on deception, misrepresentation, subterfuge and fraudulence to make his case against Sathya Sai Baba because the truth does not argue in his favor. The article in question was not related (directly, indirectly or otherwise) to Sathya Sai Baba whatsoever.

Barry Pittard also claimed that he and other ex-devotees do not slur. Despite this patently absurd claim, Barry Pittard slurred and said of Sai Baba: “Of course, making Champion of the World may require Sai Baba to take a little more than Viagra or Cialis”. For those who do not know, Viagra and Cialis are male-impotence medications that work by enhancing the effects of one of the chemicals the body normally released into the penis during sexual arousal. This increases blood flow into the penis and an erection is the result. That’s right, Barry Pittard (the oh-so-dharmic, non-slurring ex-devotee) is insinuating that Sathya Sai Baba is taking Viagra and Cialis without proof.

Ironically, Barry Pittard (while a devotee of Sai Baba) fathered a son out of wedlock with a 21 year old woman when he was 58 (and old enough to be her Grand-Father). Barry Pittard also performed questionable “kundalini healings” on women when he was a Sai Devotee. Is it of any wonder that Barry Pittard was kicked out of Sathya Sai Baba’s ashram (by his own admission)?

Barry Pittard also attempted to warn people about giving money to Sathya Sai Baba. The Sathya Sai Organization happens to be one of the largest recipients of foreign donations in India. Barry Pittard already made it clear why he is attempting to influence people not give money to Sathya Sai Baba’s charitable organizations. On March 30th 2003, Barry Pittard said:

“I am trusting that one of the effects of our constant Exposure on many levels will be to get into all sorts of nooks and crannies that we cannot even be aware of, and taht this will, for example, increasingly bite into the huge financial contributions, with those who have been donors suddently disappearing from the Sai Trust/Sai Org. arena, along with their disbrusements. Perhaps it is too early-days for this to be happening but, given the enormous extent of our intensive actions, both individual and organised, in the last three years, it must be getting a lot closer. It is what we need to bring about, so that the Sai Empire begins to crumble from many points within its edifice.” (Reference)

On every front, Barry Pittard and Anti-Sai Activists are waging a lonely and losing battle against Sathya Sai Baba. Even after many years of unremitting smear and hate campaigns, vicious defamations, libels, gutter untruths, subterfuge and outright deceit (posted on hundreds of Anti-Sai webpages), Sathya Sai Baba’s charitable Organization is still one of the largest recipients of foreign donations in India. Sathya Sai Baba remains a very popular and well respected Guru who commands great respect and devotion from India’s intellectual elite, including Presidents and Prime Ministers (as well as millions around the globe).

This is not the first time that Barry Pittard has attempted to con the general public with his fraudulent articles. About Sharon Purcell And Sathya Sai Baba:
Sharon Purcell (now deceased) was from Tustin, California and was allegedly devoted to Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba for 32 years before she defected due to the sexual abuse allegations leveled against him.

After her defection from Sai Baba, Sharon Purcell (Satch's mother) stated in an email to Glen Meloy that she believed Sai Baba was a "monster", a "demon from the astral world" and was "concerned that the late Walter and Elsie Cowan may have ended up in an astral demon's realm". How's that for a sober, rational and logical argument against Sathya Sai Baba? Sharon also doubted Baba because she was in labor for 46 hours and was deeply hurt because she did not get an interview in 1991. Sharon Purcell also advocated for Tal Brooke's book, "Avatar of the Night" (written by a Fundamentalist Christian whose stories have never been corroborated by any alleged witness in 30+ years). Gary Purcell divorced Sharon in 1977 (when Satch was 4 years old).

Sharon Purcell told Glen Meloy that she was prepared to spend the rest of her life exposing Sai Baba's alleged sexual molestations on innocent boys and young men and prayed that other people would come forward with their stories. Sharon Purcell died on February 15th 2003 (while in her 60's) of Lou Gehrig's disease and left no original articles or words against Sathya Sai Baba except a few sentences uttered on an Argentinean TV program (directed by the atheist, Alejandro Agostinelli) which said:

Satch Purcell is writing a series of articles against Sathya Sai Baba in which he reinterprets his family's miraculous experiences with their former Indian Guru.

Sathya Sai Baba correctly foretold to Barry Pittard (when he was allegedly observing celibacy) that he would have a son several years before he actually did (Reference). Like Barry Pittard, Sathya Sai Baba correctly foretold to Gary and Sharon Purcell that they would give birth to a son (which occurred 2 years later). Sathya Sai Baba told Gary and Sharon to name the child after him, hence the name “Sathya Sai Purcell”. Satch Purcell “now thinks” (he doesn't remember) that as a toddler, he stuck a medallion that Baba materialized for him into a socket. Although a piece of the medallion was burned off (indicating it was made of metal), it mysteriously did not conduct electricity and Satya Purcell was not hurt. Regarding this experience, Satch Purcell said:

“Such instances, filtered through the pious mind, show how easy it is for Sai Baba's fame to spread by sudden leaps and bounds.”

Satch Purcell begins his Anti-Sai series with a meaningless example, citing a story he does not even remember. I am sure that any mother who saw a flash of light, heard an electrical sound and found her toddler behind a sofa with a burned metal medallion would be thanking God profusely.

It is amusing that Sathya Purcell is attempting to reinterpret his experiences as non-miraculous when most Anti-Sai Activists hold the view that Sathya Sai Baba does possess genuine paranormal powers.

Barry Pittard said:

“I can tell you that I and others have witnessed hundreds - and ones of the most profoundly beautiful sort - both mediated in his own person and in places far from him but in their style connected with him. My own view is this: that they are happening on a tremendously wide scale; that they cannot all be explained away as faked...From November 1975, I began to experience many profound and beautiful phenomena. Robert Priddy (another ex-devotee) said:

“Some of what I experienced of SSB's extraordinary and positive powers through many years is undeniable, even after the most rigorous skeptical investigations, and I do not regard him as any ordinary human being. This is Satch Purcell’s second article in which he attempted (once again) to make the case that Sathya Sai Baba is a lousy fraud magician whose lousy fraud magician materializations are as clear as day. Funny enough (as stated before), even some of the most vocal Anti-Sai Activists believe that Sathya Sai Baba does possess genuine paranormal powers. Confusingly, these critics believe that Sathya Sai Baba both fakes and performs genuine materializations (how’s that for being confused?). Also, it appears the ExBaba admin is enhancing Satch’s articles with Anti-Sai links because they forgot to add Robert Priddy’s link to his bogus “green diamond” claim and left a note in the article that said “ROBERT RING XXX” (which clearly was not written by Satch).

Sharon Purcell told Glen Meloy that Satch Purcell:

“remembers vividly having to jump out of the way when they were still sweeping the blood from the temple later that morning” (a claim often repeated by Anti-Sai Activists)

However, Satch Purcell related his memory of the event and made no mention to seeing any blood and claimed the mess was “cleaned up before the masses could see it”. As a matter of fact, Satch only recalled being at Whitefield and said absolutely nothing about being at Puttaparthi on his 1993 trip with Hal Honig!

It is clear that Satch Purcell is attempting to pick up where his mother (Sharon Purcell) left off. Deeply hurt about his mother’s premature death from a severe illness and her belief that Baba could perform genuine miracles (which made her think Baba was an astral demon), Satch Purcell is attempting to make a case against Sathya Sai Baba. The end result is that Satch’s entire case is based on numerous hearsay claims and attempts to convince people that Baba hid watches, necklaces, rings, vibuthi and a shiva lingam in cloth handkerchiefs hanging from the side of his chair (in full view of everyone present).

Satch Purcell never claimed seeing Baba reach into his chair, behind his chair, etc. If anyone could hide all those items in handkerchiefs hanging from the side of a chair in full view of everyone present, that would be a miracle. Needless to say, Sathya Sai Baba’s miracles are not limited to his person and there are literally thousands of international claims of miracles directly attributed to Sathya Sai Baba. First of all, Barry Pittard was so devoted to Sathya Sai Baba that he named his own son after him. Barry Pittard wrote an article in Spiritual Impressions (a Sai Towers publication) claiming that Sathya Sai Baba foretold he would have a son. Barry was doubtful because he was (at the time) allegedly observing brahmacarya.

Isn’t it ironic that Barry Pittard wages gutter, vitriolic and bitter smear-campaigns against a Guru whose name he repeats day and night with love and fatherly affection? Every time Barry Pittard looks at his son, he is reminded of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

It should also come as no surprise that Barry Pittard fully believes that Sathya Sai Baba does possess genuine paranormal powers. As a matter of fact, Barry Pittard said:

"I was a lecturer in SSB's first (and very prestigious) college outside Bangalore back in 1978-79."

About these claims, the following is to be noted:

From Sathyam Sivam, Sundarm Volume 5 page 64-65:

The first institute of higher education founded by Baba was the College of Arts and Science for Women at Anantapur in 1968; the second was the College for Men at Brindavan, Whitefield, in 1969. These were residential colleges ... In 1979, a college for Men was established at Prashanti Nilayam, The Colleges at Anantapur and Prashanti Nilayam were affiliated to the Sri Venkateswara University in Andrha Pradesh and the college at Brindavan was under the Bangalore University in Karnakata ... Sri Sathya Sai Colleges at Prashanti Nilayam and Whitefield had only under-graduate courses and the college at Anantapur had only one post-graduate course in Telugu language apart from under-graduate courses.

On the reccomendation of the University Grants Commission, the Government of India conferred the status of Deemed University on the College at Prashanti Nilayam. The good news was announced to a packed Poornachandra Hall on Vijaya Dasami day on the 8th of October 1981 ... on 22nd of November 1981, the inauguration of the Deemed University - Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning by the Honourable Chief
Justice of the Supeme Court of India, Sir Y.V. Chandrachud, in the presence of Bhagavan Baba, who blessed the University by becoming its Chancellor. V.K. Gokak was vice chancellor.

Therefore, Barry Pittard allegedly lectured in English and Drama for a total of a few months (not two, full, consecutive years as Barry Pittard erroneously claimed) at the Whitefield Campus before it became the Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and before it became renown as a prestigious University.

Barry Pittard also attempts to make it appear as if he recently lectured at Baba's Whitefield College because he often leaves out the fact that he lectured in 1978-1979 or 27 years ago. He also insists he taught at Baba's college for 2 full years when, in fact, he taught for a total of a few months at most. During his time teaching there, he never received any complaints of sexual abuse or molestation from any student against Sathya Sai Baba. The Brindavan Campus existed as a separate institute prior to the creation of SSSIHL, by about ten years. Barry Pittard was long gone by the time.

In those days Sathya Sai Baba appointed several Westerners to teach English Literature. For example, Paul William Roberts gave a brief account of his time as a teacher at the Brindavan Campus during 74-75 in his book "Empire of the Soul" (Harper Collins India, ISBN 0773727388) in which he described his teaching duties as "hardly onerous" and that he spent most of his time "explaining plots and leaping around acting out scenes". Barry Pittard would have encountered something similar.

Barry Pittard was not paid to teach at Sathya Sai Baba's Whitefield College. To date, Barry Pittard has yet to provide any credentials that he possessed that would have entitled him to teach at any College as a lecturer or Professor in English or Drama.

Barry Pittard: This Jaga refers of course to Jegatheesan, the leader of the SS Org., in Malaysia, who flounces around with upraised hand blessing people as though he has become one with SSB. It is the same Jaga or Jega (the spelling varies, but not the adverse reports concerning him) who I challenge to answer whether various (some now former) SSB devotee parents have tried to put to him, but been curtly disregarded by him, details of their sons’ sexual molestations at the hands of SSB, as have many parents done, again in vain, with other high ranking SSB leaders in different countries of the world.

India's most famous guru, Sathya Sai Baba, has been named by the U.S. State Department as the subject of its earlier travel warning regarding reports against him of sexual molestation of young males. The warning had stated Sathya Sai Baba's location, but not his name.

Sathya Sai Baba proclaims to be the fullest incarnation of the divine in world history. He has millions of followers, from many countries and cultures, who donate billions to his Central Trust fund. For many years, Presidents, Prime Ministers and elites from many political parties, the armed services, police, judiciary etc have flocked to his ashram in Puttaparthi, South India. Political patronage makes it difficult to secure convictions against him in the courts of India.

There are now State Department citizen and media phone contact numbers where officers will confirm that Sathya Sai Baba is the individual referred to in its earlier travel warning (see details below).

As of May 25, 2004, the U.S. State Department now names the guru it referred to when warning U.S. travellers to the state of Andhra Pradesh to be aware of reports of "inappropriate sexual behavior by a prominent local religious leader" practised on young male devotees, including a number of U.S. citizens. (Consular Information Sheet, November 23, 2001).

Pittard purposely withheld the link to the official Consular Sheet for India.

Pittard clearly insinuated that the advisory mentioned Sathya Sai Baba by name when he said: "The US State Department is now naming India's most famous (and infamous) guru Sathya Sai Baba as the previously unnamed individual mentioned in its earlier Travel Warning." Sathya Sai Baba's name has never been published on the Consular Sheet for India. Rather, one must allegedly contact John C. Peters and privately verify that the warning pertains to Sathya Sai Baba. Therefore, the warning still refers to an unnamed religious leader.

Pittard attempted to decieve others by mentioning the bogus "Former Devotees of Sathya Sai Baba, a Global Coalition" (FDSSB). Oddly enough, despite FDSSB being a "Global Coalition", it does not even have a proper domain, a written objective, a public forum, an online newsletter, public sponserships, conferencing schedules, collaborations, memberships, a board of directors, FAQ's, annual reports, public events, funding policies or even publications. Rather, Meloy and Pittard attempted to create official-looking webpages claiming that FDSSB had an "Office of Communications" with a "Media Relations Department"! These are the shameless deceivers attempting to "expose" Sathya Sai Baba.

Pittard claimed that the advisory was in relation to "pedophile accusations". No where on the advisory does it say anything about "pedophile accusations" or "pedophilia". Not even one single word!

Pittard purposely left out the word "unconfirmed" when he cited the Consular Sheet for India. Pittard quoted the advisory saying, "inappropriate sexual behavior by a prominent local religious leader". The warning specifically stated "unconfirmed reports of inappropriate sexual behavior by a prominent local religious leader".

Although critics and a few alleged victims make public demands for justice, they have failed to follow even the most remedial prerequisites required by the law. Instead of following the law (as would be required from the rest of us) critics and ex-devotees have created their own forums and websites where they judge, try and convict Sathya Sai Baba with "evidence" taken from mostly anonymous and second-hand sources. It is often seen that critics and ex-devotees publicly anguish on the internet about their "serious ethical duty to rise up and speak out against sexual molestation", yet have miserably failed to file charges in the Penukonda Magistrates Court or any other court of law in India. As the Sai Critic pointed out (with a slight modification):

"Do proceed with haste, with all anguised persons, nay sayers, gossipers and the like. ESPECIALLY do take 'young men from around the world who have come forward to describe their victimization by this man masquerading as God', do instigate and demand investigation, demand the laying of charges, demand the prosecution, with ALL HASTE.

Are you there critics and ex-devotees?

Cease acting as middle men.

Assist those who report complaints with Sai Baba.

Provide tickets.

Get them on a plane.

Fly with them to Bangalore or Hyderabad.

Assist with travel to Penukonda, to the Magistrates Court.

Fulfill your SERIOUS ETHICAL DUTY and lay your charges.

Assist these traumatised others to lay charges in the proper courts.

Then you will have salvaged your conscience and fulfilled your serious ethical duty. We remind you that Sai Baba is not afraid. After all, he has said, "Why be afraid of the mistake you have not committed?"

To date (after many years), not even one critic has even tried to assist any alleged victim file a case against Sathya Sai Baba in India and no one seems to care or question why.

Over 100 Sworn Affidavits Against Sai Baba?

Barry Pittard erroneously claimed that "Well over a hundred sworn affidavits alleging sexual molestation of young males has been lodged with FBI" (Reference). Strange enough, no other Anti-Sai Activist has made this claim besides Barry Pittard. This absurd, exaggerated and unfounded lie is unique to Barry Pittard alone.

Where did Barry Pittard get his information from? Why is Barry Pittard publishing this unsubstantiated information on the internet when it isn't true? Why is Barry Pittard forwarding this untruth to various organizations and officials all around the world? Barry Pittard never saw any alleged affidavits that were supposedly submitted, in the USA, to the FBI (nor has anyone else for that matter). The FBI does not disclose affidavit records to the general public. They are exempt from disclosure pursuant to Exemptions (b)(6) and/or (b)(7)(c) of the FOIA, Title 5, United States Code, Section 552. Consequently, the only way for Barry Pittard (who lives in Australia) to have seen the "well over a hundred sworn affidavits alleging sexual molestation of young males lodged with the FBI" would have been if he personally accompanied the affiants to the FBI, in the USA, which he never did.

On Anti-Sai Sites, the only person (a non-American resident from India) who allegedly went to the FBI was Hari Sampath. Hari Sampath tried to represent "Neptune" (an anonymous individual whose case was called "useless" by the FBI: Reference) and others. Allegedly, the Rahms filed an affidavit with the FBI (Reference). Although the Rahms have never specifically stated that they filed an affidavit with the FBI (it appears that Hari Sampath took a statement from them to the FBI), if they did submit an affidavit they be would be number one. Where are the "well over a hundred" other U.S. Citizens who filed affidavits against Sathya Sai Baba? Barry Pittard cannot back up any of his statements with any reliable documentation or any reliable sources with contact details. As a matter of fact, Barry Pittard is now claiming that this information is "confidential". That's right, these very public smear campaigns against Sai Baba are based on "secret" and "confidential" information.

Alaya Rahm filed a lawsuit against the Sathya Sai Baba Society and not even one single alleged victim came forward to defend Alaya Rahm or file a joint lawsuit with him (Reference). Anti-Sai Activists resorted to the excuses that alleged sexual abuse victims were afraid to come forward because they were "raised from birth as Sai devotees" and "duress would be frightening" to them (Reference). These unknown and anonymous alleged victims (referred to by Barry Pittard as "numbering well over a hundred") had supposedly already taken action against Sathya Sai Baba by allegedly filing affidavits with the FBI. These alleged victims were therefore fully prepared to participate in a court case, armed with affidavits, against Sathya Sai Baba. Along comes Alaya's court case and not even one single affidavit was submitted on Alaya Rahm's behalf and not even one alleged victim gave a deposition or was identified to the court as a witness on Alaya Rahm's behalf. Not even one other person. Zero. Zilch. Nada. This highly suggests that Anti-Sai Activist's numbers about alleged victims are untrue, unsubstanitated, unverfiable and without merit. This single fact alone wholly compromises and changes the entire face of the allegations against Sathya Sai Baba.

So when Barry Pittard said there are "well over a hundred sworn affidavits" against Sathya Sai Baba, he is lying through his pit-bull teeth.

One will also notice (on the screencap provided earlier) that Barry Pittard boasted that "US former devotees succeed in getting Travel Adisory posted re Sathya Sai Baba's ashram -citing many accounts of sexual molestation of young males". Barry Pittard is apparently suffering from some sort of mental problem in which he hears things people never said. Barry Pittard has been making several very disturbing and completely untrue statements on his Anti-Sai conspiracy blog about Ullrich Zimmermann and his alleged involvement with Sathya Sai Baba.

First, Barry Pittard erroneously and wrongly claimed that Ullrich was 14 years old when he had his first alleged "white tantric" experience with Sathya Sai Baba (Reference), a blatant and shameless untruth. Ullrich said he was 21 years old when he had his first alleged "white tantric" experience with Sai Baba.

Now, Barry Pittard is claiming that Sathya Sai Baba performed oral sex on Ullrich Zimmermann when Ullrich never said such a thing! Barry Pittard tells numerous lies about Satya Sai Baba and tries to peddle his lies as the truth to the unsuspecting masses. I have been pointing this out for a long time and now others can easily verify it for him/her self.

Barry Pittard published the following comments on his Anti-Sai conspiracy blog:

Like Alaya Rahm, over the years, a number of young men, from a number of countries, have come forward with accounts of sexual molestation by Sai Baba. Most of them do not wish to go public. Former devotees (not always working in co-ordination) have collected affidavits, the number of which legal counsel have advised not to discuss publicly. David Savill, assistant producer of 'The Secret Swami', told me that the BBC unearthed a number of other compelling cases which were not of that hefty number that we had on our files. There has just been (January 2007) - entirely without our group’s knowledge that it had been made seven years ago and was now going to air - a US television interview of a young German man, Ullrich Zimmermann, who very articulately recounts sexual abuse by Sathya Sai Baba including (as in so many other accounts from around the world) oral sex performed on him by his - then! - spiritual master:

It is amusing the Barry Pittard should bring up Alaya Rahm. Alaya's allegations are a glorious hodge-podge of contradictions, suppressed information, embellishments and shocking facts. The following links make my entire case against Alaya Rahm:

Barry Pittard does not divulge that the actual number of alleged affidavits (which have never been released publicly in any way, fashion or form) number ten. That's right, only ten alleged affidavits are in existence and Robert Priddy said that most of the affiants have already released their testimonies on the internet (so the actual number of private testimonies is less than a handfull).

It is also amusing that Barry Pittard said that the reason why the affidavits are not discussed publicly is because of advice obtained through "legal counsel". In 7 years (and counting), no one has filed a basic police complaint or court case against Sathya Sai Baba in India. No one has even tried. Despite numerous claims of obtaining "legal counsel", having compelling "evidence", etc., Sathya Sai Baba has never been charged with any crime, sexual or otherwise. Period.

Lastly, Barry Pittard falsely claimed that Ullrich Zimmermann had oral sex "performed on him" and that Ullrich gave a "testimony of Sai Baba perpetrating oral sex on him". Utter and complete lies! Ullrich Zimmermann never claimed such a thing!

Considering reports on the BBC, Times of London, Telegraph, The Guardian, and other Western media of corruption by India's most controversial guru Sathya Sai Baba, there is another side of India - that gives hope. Tim Sullivan (Thu, Mar/09/2006) Associated Press reported, "What surprised India was its own reaction: Protesters took to the streets, holding candlelight vigils and waving signs calling for justice; newspapers have kept the story on the front page day after day; officials from the president to the capital's police chief have called for a review of the investigation. In a country that had all but resigned itself to its barely functioning legal system, a backlash was born".

The paragraph above is deceptive and misleading. The quote from Tim Sullivan has absolutely nothing to do with Sathya Sai Baba whatsoever! Barry Pittard did not inform his readers that Tim Sullivan's article was about the killing of Jessica Lall. Sullivan's article never said one word about Sathya Sai Baba (directly, indirectly or otherwise). Barry Pittard did not provide a link to Sullivan's article and never made it clear that Sullivan's article did not pertain to Sathya Sai Baba. Reading Barry's blurb above, one is left with a wholly different impression.

NEW DELHI -- The facts of the case appeared straightforward: On a hot summer night in 1999, a young woman tending bar in an upscale New Delhi restaurant refused to serve a drunken patron. It was about 2 a.m. Closing time, she told him, had passed. So he shot her in the head.

Dozens of people witnessed the killing of Jessica Lall, bullet casings were recovered, and a suspect was quickly identified. But that suspect, Manu Sharma, 24, was the son of a powerful and wealthy politician with interests in sugar mills. He was only a few years out of Mayo College, one of India's elite boarding schools. Among the friends with him that night were a coterie of the young, the rich and the well-connected. He and his friends, who were accused of helping cover up the crime, insisted they were innocent.

The victim, a model on the fringes of New Delhi society, had few such connections. For six years, the case moved through the courts -- fairly speedy for a legal system hobbled by corruption and a maze of bureaucracy. Few were surprised when the verdict was announced Feb. 21 and all nine of the accused were acquitted.

What surprised India was its own reaction: Protesters took to the streets, holding candlelight vigils and waving signs calling for justice; newspapers have kept the story on the front page day after day; officials from the president to the capital's police chief have called for a review of the investigation. In a country that had all but resigned itself to its barely functioning legal system, a backlash was born. "I had virtually given up on the case, but the aftermath has surprised me most of all," Sabrina Lall, the victim's sister, said in an interview. "One can feel somewhat hopeful now that some good will come out of all this."

On Monday, a sweeping police complaint was filed charging investigators had suppressed evidence and witnesses had given false testimony as part of a criminal conspiracy to protect the accused men. While no one was named in the complaint, police officials insist new trials are very possible. "We will bring out the truth," New Delhi Police Chief K.K. Paul told reporters.

But truth has been a rarity in the Lall investigation, and many wonder whether the uproar over this case -- with its beautiful, middle-class victim, cast of witnesses out of the gossip pages and a crime scene in a refurbished mansion -- can bring change to an exhausted legal system in which the poor suffer more than anyone. India's courts are so slow that cases can take decades to resolve. Bribery is often openly demanded, and the powerful seldom face prosecution. Illustrating that more than anything else are the dozens of members of the Indian Parliament, and hundreds of state legislators, who stand accused of crimes ranging from tax evasion to murder.

For the poor, the situation is far different. Last month, a 70-year-old villager was released from prison after serving 38 years without trial. The police had lost his files, and he had simply been forgotten. "People have started feeling that criminal trials are like a cobweb where small flies are getting caught and big people are dashing through," the Indian Supreme Court said in a ruling this week on another case.

Many who work in the courts agree. "Those who run this country, the ruling establishment, are not particularly bothered by the collapse of the justice system," said Prashant Bhushan, a prominent lawyer. "It is the common people in this country who are being hurt." The Jessica Lall case, critics say, is proof of how money and power produce legal leverage. After Miss Lall's killing, one key witness recanted his testimony and, according to relatives, suddenly became wealthy.

Another witness disavowed his initial testimony, saying it had been transcribed by the police into Hindi, a language he insisted he barely spoke. He is now an actor in Hindi movies. Police forensic investigators offered up contradictory reports about whether one or two guns had been fired. The socialite family that owned the restaurant, set in a quiet courtyard behind what was once a summer retreat for British colonialists, reputedly had the crime scene cleaned up before the investigation was completed.

The problems had long been clear. "There has obviously been a conspiracy between the accused and certain officials," Chief Paul -- now the police chief, then a deputy police commissioner -- said in a 2001 report on the investigation. But the case trundled on until the acquittals. Mr. Bhushan, the lawyer, laughs when asked if he has hope for serious reform. Those "who are in power, they don't have any interest in reforming it. They are the beneficiaries."

One is left to wonder why Barry Pittard is attempting to deceive others by making it appear that Tim Sullivan's article is somehow associated with Satya Sai Baba. It isn't, it wasn't and it never has been. There are simply no comparisons between Tim Sullivan's article and Sathya Sai Baba.

Since no charges have ever been filed against Sathya Sai Baba by any alleged victim, there have been no verifiable incidents of "legal leverage" being bought with money or being influenced by political power, etc. Where Sathya Sai Baba has been accused of these things, Indian Rationalists and vindictive ex-devotees are the ones fueling these conspiracies.

Sathya Sai Baba has never murdered anyone and no one has ever claimed having witnessed such an incident.

There has never been a single incident where protesters held "candlelight vigils" against Sathya Sai Baba for any alleged crime (because he has never been charged or convicted with any crime).

Just recently, Ullrich Zimmermann (a German ex-devotee) claimed that he had "white tantric" experiences with Sathya Sai Baba when he was 21 years old (which he originally recalled while drunk at a Ramtha "wine ceremony").

Zimmermann claimed that he first became aware of Satya Sai Baba when he was 14 years old and he would occasionally attend Sai meetings with his mother in Germany. Ullrich Zimmermann made it very clear that his very first visit to India (to see Sathya Sai Baba) occurred when he was 20 years old. During that first visit, Zimmermann said that Baba completely ignored him. He returned the following year when he was 21 years old and claimed that he had 5 interviews in which he received rings, a bracelet, an "oil-treatment" (that instantaneously cured him of a breathing ailment) and "white tantric" experiences that included Sathya Sai Baba literally and miraculously transforming his genitals from female to male twice.

Alan Steinfeld (the interviewer) asked Zimmermann for clarification about his age when he had these alleged experiences and Zimmermann said he was 21 years old (a couple of times). Funny enough, Zimmermann believed that the "white tantric" experiences were an "honor" conferred on him and after the experiences, he was "exhilarated", "uplifted", in "complete joy", in a "happy state" and was in "bliss". Ullrich said that he received spiritual benefits and changes from the "white tantric" experiences, which included an incredible kundalini experience and "strong energy dreams". And to top it all off, Zimmermann said, a couple of times, that he felt (and still believed, at the time of the filming of the videos) that he was not abused by Sai Baba!

Leave it up to the pathological liar and embellisher, Barry Pittard, to completely misrepresent the facts on his Anti-Sai conspiracy blog and claim that Zimmermann was sexually abused when he was 14 years old! A complete, total and easily confirmable fabrication!

These are the types of shameless lies and distortions of the truth that Barry Pittard purposely engages in to mislead others about Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Barry Pittard has cited and advocated for Anti-Sai material that appeared in the Nexus Magazine. Nexus is a magazine that is devoted to spiritual issues, alternate health therapies, free-energy devices, UFO's, paranoia and suppressed science. Unfortunately, the Nexus Magazine (whose editor is Duncan Roads) has been rightly criticized for publishing far-right and anti-semitic material in its publications.

Mark Koernke (who was a correspondent for Nexus) was named by the FBI for suspected terrorism (Reference). Despite Nexus' questionable far-right and anti-semitic associations, since 1992 (at least), Barry Pittard not only defended Duncan Roads (calling him "courageous") and Nexus, but even corresponded with Mr. Roads, wrote an article for Nexus and seemed to think that there was something significant about Nexus publishing Anti-Sai material in their magazine. Other people affiliated with Nexus are simiarly oriented towards paranoia and conspiratorial views. For example, Marcus Allen (publisher of the Nexus magazine in the UK) is a well known conspiracy theorist who believes that Nasa faked the Apollo Moon landing (Reference).

This is the type of conspiracy and paranoia magazine that Barry Pittard thinks is worthy of referencing against Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. This is not surprising considering that Barry Pittard's smear campaigns against Sai Baba are not based in fact, but are rooted in conspiracies and paranoia.

"You can find Nexus Magazine in your local health food store. It looks like another flying saucer and pyramid power 'New Age' mag full of conspiracy theories and alternative health care advice. Take a look at the June-July '95 edition and you'll find for starters, an editorial column that claims the Oklahoma bombing was masterminded by the CIA: there was a second bomb and Timothy McVeigh, the man charged with the bombing carries an implant put there by the military to control him. That's right, Nexus seriously wants us to believe the US government blew up one of its own office blocks plus a day-care centre full of kids. Next to the ad's for hypnotherapy courses and books on UFO's we have a special offer to Nexus readers, two for the price of one, for purchacing a copy of 'The Fine Print' by Sydney's own Brian Willshire. This book is a veritable catalogue for the conspiracy theories of the extreme right and is a basic text for right wing groups here in Australia. Nexus also carries ad's for Veritas Press, the publishing house for the Australian League of Rights. The presence of right wing propaganda in Nexus goes way beyond niavity or unawareness on behalf of the publishers. It goes beyond the sympathy that New Age conspiracy nuts might feel for another bunch of conspiracy nuts. Nexus is knowingly involved in spreading the fundamental tenets of the new fascists and is propounding their propaganda as gospel. So do your bit, get Nexus out of your local health food store and off the shelves where ever you see it and act against the rising voice of the new fascists." (Reference)

"Nexus -- published monthly from Australia, distributed worldwide -- covers 'the fields of health alternatives; suppressed science; Earth's ancient past; UFOs & the unexplained; and government cover-ups.' "Searchlight's Australian correspondent has revealed that the owner of Nexus, Duncan Roads, has visited Colonel Gaddafi's Libya at least twice and is believed to have sworn an oath of loyalty to that country. In doing so, he has followed the road to Tripoli already taken by a mixture of far-right activists. including the British third positionists Patrick Harrington, Derek Holland and Nick Griffin and Canadian nazis. Nexus's agent in Britain is Marcus Allen, a small-scale peddler of antisemitic material. A more important supplier of such literature. and one of the few people in Britain from whom those around Icke could have obtained copies of the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, is Don Martin. Born in Australia. Martin runs a far-right and antisemitic publishing business in Sudbury, Suffolk. and maintains his longstanding links with Australian nazis. One of his Swedish translators, a certain Lars Adelskog, is not only a leading figure in the Swedish UFO movement but can also be found in the jungle of conspiracy theories where the Illuminati, the Freemasons and lizards in human form are supposedly working together to end civilisation as we know it.

Adelskog’s last publication was a book with the profound title 'En tom säck kan inte stå' (An empty bag cannot stand), published by the openly nazi publisher, Nordiska Förlaget. Nordiska Förlaget also sells books by the above-mentioned Kevin MacDonald together with books by, among others, Adolf Hitler and David Irving. In his latest book, Adelskog tries in typical nazi style to "prove" that the WWII genocide of the Jews never took place.

Earlier, this same Adelskog was editor of the Swedish 'alternative' magazine Nexus, where he also spread his pet conspiracy theories. Unsold issues of Nexus were later touted by the Nationalsocialistisk Front through its web-store." (Reference)

"Nexus - a forum for the militias and conspiracy theorists. In America he is known to listeners of hate radio stations as 'Mark from Michigan', to the mainstream media as 'the grand guru of hate' and to the FBI as Mark Koernke: a militia leader and far-right fanatic who was wanted for questioning about the Oklahoma bombing. In Australia he is a correspondent for Nexus, a monthly magazine available from most local news agencies.

Nexus is one of the New Age and alternative lifestyle publications that have proliferated in Australia over the past five years. Its cover stories give the impression that it is devoted to alternative medicine and UFOs. But one of the alternative lifestyles that Nexus consistently promotes is rooted in the paranoid conspiracy theories of the US midwest. Since 1992 the Queensland-based magazine has published numerous articles from American far-right militia activists accusing the US government of plotting to murder 'patriots' and hand America over to a socialist "one world government headed by the United Nations.

It also runs advertisements for far-right Australian groups and publications, including the book Fair Dinkum, published by an ultra-right militia group, the Loyal Regiment of Australian Guardians. The Regiment, which is based in Canberra, was the subject of a six month top secret investigation by the Australian Defence Department and the Federal Police.

The handbook describes the Australian government as 'unconstitutional and therefore may be considered as operating as a criminal organisation'. Rick Flavell, the book's publisher, is currently in hiding from the police, who have a warrant out for his arrest on weapons charges.

Nexus's publisher, Duncan Roads, said that he did 'not support any of the views' he published in his magazine, yet confessed that he shared his contributors' belief that America was 'corrupt to the core, right from the top'.

Roads, who was born in Britain, is a close confidant of Robert Pash, one-time leader of Aryan Nations in Australia and the man who organised a trip to Libya for Patrick Harrington, Nick Griffin and Derek Holland of the British National Front's 'political soldier' faction in 1989. Pash, now organiser for the Libyan-Arab Cultural Centre, was a key player in the establishment of the Lyndon LaRouche cult in Australia.

Roads himself has visited Libya at least twice and Nexus regularly carries advertisements for Pash's antisemitic magazine, New Dawn (Reference). Even so he is not entirely trusted on the Australian far-right. A document was recently circulated to media outlets claiming that Roads's loyalty was to Libya rather than Australia, adding an obscure reference to an alleged bomb discovery in a British bus terminal where Roads once worked as a clerk.

Alongside Nexus's articles on UFO sightings and ways to grow new teeth are conspiracy theories identical to those propounded by the militia groups at the centre of the FBI's investigations. Many involve supposed black helicopters filled with UN troops and nefarious plots by the Bureau of Alcohol. Tobacco and Firearms.

Apart from Koernke, Nexus's far-right contributors have included Bo Gritz and Linda Thompson. Gritz, a former Green Beret soldier and one-time vice presidential running mate of the former Ku Klux Klan grand wizard David Duke. attracted worldwide notoriety when he described the Oklahoma bombing as "a Rembrandt - a masterpiece of science and art put together".

Thompson, a leading member of the militia movement was arrested in Indianapolis in July 1994 after using her vehicle to block a bus carrying supporters of President Clinton. When police searched her van they seized two pistols and an assault rifle with 295 rounds of ammunition.

Koernke was the man who was said to have faxed a letter to a Republican congressman immediately before or just after the bombing describing key aspects of the attack.

He is a prominent member of the Michigan Militia and advocates armed defiance of the federal government. Timothy McVeigh, the chief suspect in the bombing, has acted as Koernke's bodyguard. McVeigh is believed to have been inspired by anger at the 1993 siege of the Branch Davidian compound at Waco, Texas. Last December Koernke told a Militia of Montana rally: "Waco is a call to arms. We don't have a choice. The next time this happens we will be armed to the teeth. We are not going to be reading history, we are going to be making history, and that's exciting."

In a six-page feature article published in the February-March 1994 issue of Nexus, Koernke claimed that presidents Reagan. Bush and Clinton had all plotted to bring about a New World Order under the direction of the UN by disarming "patriots".

Roads has also published articles supporting Lyndon LaRouche, the convicted US con man and extremist, including long excerpts from his book Dope In'.., and has serialised an antisemitic and racist book War Cycles, Peace Cycles. Its author, Richard Kelly Hoskins, a long-time far-right activist, argued elsewhere in the book that it was justifiable to kill "interracial" couples and claimed that Jewish people are usurers.

Nexus's global news section carries regular excerpts from the racist and antisemitic US newspaper The Spotlight, published by Willis Carto's Liberty Lobby. David Irving's book Churchill's War was fawningly praised in the July 1993 issue, which described Irving as "Britain's top historian". The following edition praised Irving's Hitler's War as giving "a very different picture of Hitler and World War II as that of the Hollywood movies".

With more than 90 pages and sporting a glossy full-colour cover, Nexus is dominated by advertising for alternative health cures. minor religious groupings, anti UFO abduction kits and mind-altering techniques. It has also had advertising supplements from Time-Life Books and Community Aid Abroad. The March 1994 issue carried an advertisement for the notorious antisemitic work The Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion." (Reference)

"Mr Cumming's book Lucky be Damned on "the real power behind the elected governments" is advertised for sale in the current editions of those lunar journals for space cadets, conspiracy and right wing nuts - Nexus and New Dawn. These grand relics of Colonel Gaddafi's big spending days in the Pacific now run reams of psychotic twaddle about CIA conspiracies, real life X-Files, UFO's and, yes, the New World Order. New Dawn pumps it out courtesy of Mr Robert Pash, Colonel Gadaffi's former bag man down under while Nexus is produced by Pash's old buddy Duncan Roads. Pash, a.k.a. Rashid Robert Pash, caused great consternation during the 1980s running Gaddafi-funded operations from Melbourne. One of his many activities included co-ordinating Libyan government funded delegations to Tripoli. In the 1980s Nexus editor Duncan Roads tripped off to Libya several times courtesy of Colonel Gaddafi. He later established Nexus, which The Review revealed after the Oklahoma bombing to be running reports in Australia from senior figures in the US militia movement. A third new age newstand lunar-right magazine is entitled Exposure. We don't know whether it sells Mr Cumming's book. But its latest issue reprints in full Ms Hanson's maiden speech, so perhaps it doesn't really matter." (Reference)

More About Robert Pash:

"Another Radical-Nationalist initiative which promised much was that of 'Australian National Vanguard' (ANV) / 'Australian People's Congress' (APC) in the years 1982–88. This Brisbane effort was directed by Robert Pash (born 1962). From an unstable family with a history of psychiatric illness, Pash was attracted by religion, finding a berth with the U.S. 'Church Of Jesus Christ Christian' (or Aryan Nations). His paper Vanguard had announced: 'Jewry rules the West …' and ' … only the pure aryan race … (can) … achieve His Noble Purpose.'[64] A transition was made to Libyan 'Third Universal Theory' in 1983, with funding provided by the Libyan Embassy for distribution of Gaddafist propaganda.[65] In 1984, Pash approached National Action with promises of 'unity' and Libyan support for anti-American propaganda, but arrangements were forever provisional.[66] When van Tongeren launched ANM, Pash decided to reconstitute ANV." Ducan M. Roads is a non-reputable editor whose paranoia and weird conspiratorial views compromise his reliability as a respectable writer and undermine his conflated, embellished and unverifiable claims against Sathya Sai Baba. As stated many times before, the objective facts speak for themselves:
